Sadly the photos indicate a well equipped 3 star hotel. In reality the rooms are poor and the bathroom particularly does not warrant the ranking. Would be difficult to recommend. The staff try their best and the downtown shuttle are good but believe there are better choices in Nashville.

We stayed here as part of the 175 Imperial Shrine Convention- there were 8 Shrine Temples staying in this hotel. We had to wait well past the check in time to get our room because it was not ready. Came to find out that the 3 main elevators were shut down. At first we were told because of a power serge then found out that they were being remodeled. Everyone had to use the freight elevators- along with house keeping and the staff doing their jobs. Our room for our hospitality suit was moved from the first floor to a small room on the second floor. The carpet in our room was dirty. The carpet n the hall on the 2nd floor was filthy. The room was the size of a regular room but the sink was right at the door. The AC worked great- very cold- VERY Noisy- ran a lot. The floor felt damp and the walls of the "closet" felt moist. The top layer of the door was peeling. There was one electrical outlet on the lamp on the desk- how do you recharge your laptop and phone at the same time. The view of downtown was great. The beds slept great. Had to park on the grass the first weekend because they ran out of spaces. They need more handicap spaces. For the price we paid- we should have had better- or have been given a night comped or at least our stay discounted.I will NOT stay there again or recommend it. If this had been an economy chair, I could understand some of these things but to pay $172 a night- I expect a whole lot more. We have been on several of these trips and this is by far the worst experience. Read less

This hotel needs to be updated. But the elevators should be working for the conventions. received many different reasons for not working from electrical to needing new elevators. We were on the 2nd floor so not bad but those on upper floors waited for the long lines. Would not reccomend this hotel. Also pool closed at 8 pm.

Poor room conditions, inoperable elevators (4 out of 5) throughout stay; the staff tried their best but management/policy was poor customer service. Do not waste your money at this location, spend it elsewhere to receive equal accommodations to match the associated cost.
