Loved the hotel, everything was as expected, and then some! The only issue that my wife and I had was with the "complimentary" shuttle service. On our first night there we had a reservation and were told that the shuttle would be able to take us and we would make it on time. What we were not told however, was that when we had to leave the shuttle driver decided to take his break. We wound up taking an Uber that night after finally hearing that he was on break. The next night we gave him another shot, and after dropping us NOWHERE NEAR our destination, he got in my wife's face before she even made it out of the van and said "I NEED A TIP! I WORK FOR TIPS!" She was shocked by his bluntness, and I was pretty mad, but I walked away at that point, after all...we had six blocks to walk. Wound up using Uber the rest of the trip, and was happier that way! Visiting Nashville? Stay here! Great value. Open and airy feeling, yet warm and comfortable, too. Welcoming Lobby. Decent size, clean rooms. Not in the heart of downtown, but has an efficient shuttle service that takes you to the edge of a walkable downtown. Mac is a friendly and courteous shuttle driver who gives helpful tips to tourists. Amanda is a kind, helpful concierge. Stayed during a cold snap and it was warm and cozy. Looks like it would be fun to hang at the outdoor pool during warmer southern days, as well! Read less

Booked for our team for area sports tournament. For the ridiculous cost of $195, this hotel was truly a disappointment. No refrigerator or microwave. The room was worn and tired. The knob for the shower came off in my hand. The sink facet was close to the same plight. The hair dryer mount was falling off the wall. Expect to pay more in Nashville… Read more

The knob for the shower came off in my hand. The sink facet was close to the same plight. The hair dryer mount was falling off the wall. Expect to pay more in Nashville but also expect a hotel willing to charge $195 to maintain a higher standard than this. Thankfully the staff was gracious. The shuttle to Downtown was appreciated but the extended wait in the cold temperatures knowing a significant number of your guests would be returning from the tournament in high numbers was not. Lobby coffee is supposed to be free Wasn’t told it ends at 11 am At 11:05 it was all gone and when I asked about it in the restaurant they offered to “ sell” me a cup ( though I saw a full pot of coffee right there in the restaurant). Not very nice, They should have given a complimentary cup of coffee as advertised. Staff was nice gym is… Read more

First the good news. The lobby and bar and restaurant and really nice with lots of music related art etc. Plus it's not too far from downtown. Bad news starts as soon as you get off the elevator and see the obsolete outdated hallway with is an immediate bummer. That is compounded when you see the 1970's Motel 6 size/level bathroom in the room. The sink area is literally IN the room. You had to search to find places to plug in phone chargers, etc. I do like that the "no smoking" is enforced... not a hint of smoke anywhere inside or out. I liked that there was a shuttle dropping off downtown but the van was so old and ragged that it must have been built by Henry Ford himself. Even if they can't make the bathrooms bigger and can't even have a mini-fridge in the room, pre-owned late model passenger vans are a dime-a-dozen in Nashville. Read less
