High valet parking cost is my only complaint, considering we didn't move our car until checkout. Beautiful room, great service, very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Great restaurants on property. Would Definitely Stay Again

The hotel has an excellent location and the facilities are top notch. My business conference got off to a great start when I was welcomed by Carter and Zena at the front desk. They were genuinely friendly, professional, and efficient with the check-in process. I would definitely stay here again when I return for personal travel.

We paid almost $250 for the one night, which I think was overpriced for the calibre of the hotel. It’s nicely decorated but if you are a regular visitor to 5* hotels, it will undoubtedly fall short as it lacks the luxury. It felt rather large and impersonal, so I suspect it’s a business hotel during the week, and for partygoers during weekends. I would look for alternative accommodation next time i visit Nashville. The best Hotel hands down in Nashville. Once you walk into this property, you will never have to leave. They have something for everyone and its first class. Not only is it first class, but the hospitality is even better. Thanks Omni and I look forward to my next visit.

Omni is a great hotel, I have stayed at this location several times over the past 3 years. Each time is a great experience, staff is friendly, rooms are quite, clean and fresh. Walking distance to the action downtown just a couple blocks away. Great location to enjoy the Nashville experience.
