Room was very clean and I had a lot of space!! There was a fridge available but, I didnt use. Large TV! Aveda products are given in toom which is awesome! I wish they would offer a coffee bar to guests though!! The rooms are not cheap so I would think complimentary coffee would be nice!! Front desk was VERY helpful!! Iron, hangers and blowdryer provided!! Read less

Overall we were disappointed with our stay at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel. The positives for the hotel were the location and the very comfortable bed but that’s about it. We were there for 4 nights. The cleaning that was done to the room was spotty at best and one day it did not even get cleaned. I will admit I had the Do Not Disturb sign out until about 1:00 but there was another day the room was not cleaned until about 6:00 so I didn’t think it would be an issue. We had a coffee maker in the room but never got any coffee or cups after the first day. I made the assumption we only got the coffee one time but when I asked about it I was told it should be replenished every day so they sent some up. The construction next store was quite noisy but it appeared there was construction going on all over Nashville! The view was not great either with all the construction. Maybe it would not have been so bad if we were on a higher floor but we were on the 8th floor. The breakfast we had at The Fib one morning left a lot to be desired. The food at the Bridge, which was really the bar, was much better so we ate there twice. All in all, I would not return to the Renaissance Nashville Hotel. There are a lot of other nice hotels and I would try one of the others before returning to this hotel. Read less

It's a great location and not far from the airport. Check-in was sluggish. I don't know why they have so many consoles at the reception but so few staff to man them. Anyway we had to wait longer than usual to check in and the same thing happened when we were checking out so it's not a one off thing. The room was comfortable. Largely no issues but… Read more

Anyway we had to wait longer than usual to check in and the same thing happened when we were checking out so it's not a one off thing. The room was comfortable. Largely no issues but for some reason the temperature range for the faucet for the shower was from 'uncomfortably hot' to 'Dracarys'. I made do with uncomfortably hot showers. The washbasin faucet was fine. The Wi-Fi was fine. No issues there. The dine in menu was reasonable if not particularly exciting. I got a nice pizza. Overall, an unexceptionable stay. Now just make sure that the reception is well staffed all the time. Read less

I would like to have been informed of construction when making our reservation. I will stay again but not until the construction has finished. Read less
