We chose this hotel because it's not only close to the action but it's a great property. Clean and spacious with great views from the room. They have an air purifier in the room and the shower has a filtration system so that only the best water is used to get clean. Easy check in process and amazing staff. It was just what we needed for a romantic night away. Highly recommended location and hotel. Read less

Our group rate is $279 a night for our conference then the last day we were there the tv showed the rates starting at $259... thanks for the discount when there were close to 100 of us there. The same on the ground floor, the restroom was on the far side past the registration while the bar and restaurant were on the far other end... very poorly laid out to customer convenience. But the topper for me was the bottle of water in the room with a rather large price tag stating $5.00....really Read less

On my first night there just after arriving and having dinner, the arm on my glasses just fell off. I knew that I would need them for the conference because I cant see without them! I went to the hotel store and told the clerk what happened. She immediately found a repair kit for me and even fixed my glasses for me as I could not see without them. And on top of that, didn't charge me a dime!! That is awesome customer service! If you are ever in the area, I highly recommend!! 5 stars!!!!! Read less

Super close to broadway but still quiet enough to sleep! The staff is super friendly and it’s keeper really clean! Over all a great time, there is so much to do and the valley service is great. Or you can self park across the street and use the sky ridge on the 3rd floor

Location is awesome!! One block from Broadway. Very easy to walk to everything from here, and yet not necessarily right in the middle of crazy town. The hotel is very nice and everyone was wonderful from check-in to check-out!! Also, if going anywhere else around Nashville - it is super easy to get picked up and dropped off by Uber.
