We’re here right now and how I wish we could leave ASAP! We’re here right now and how I wish we could leave ASAP! Disgusting room for the price paid for 2 nights (£360) were in 2 queen room that we have had to call maintenance out to because the air con will NOT turn off and just told to put it at the temp we want! I know how to use air on and I dont want it on it’s that simple so I should be able to turn it completely off if I wish! Second was when I came to take a bath rather than a shower...once laid in the tub the extremely thick layer of soap scum from previous guests became evident on the plastic wall so had to call house keeping to send someone up to clean it. There was also a previous guest bloody snot and hair on the back of the shower curtain. Maid came to clean it but tried to say it wasn’t scum it was the plastic coming away, my she pointed out to her by scraping it off in front of her she then proceeded to clean it! I am really not happy in this hotel and then to top it all we went to do some laundry and the laundry detergent machine takes your money but doesn’t give any powder so had to trek alway back to reception where they gave us what had not come out of the machine. Good points staff are pleasant and polite, lobby is lively but I haven’t paid to sleep in the lobby I’ve paid an exuberant amount to sleep in what can only be described as a well below par room! If the manager responds to this please don’t give the stock answer of we’re sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay and next time (which there won’t be) please give us chance to rectify this because they are the most annoying response ever, I’d much rather you rectify your issues before another guest is extremely disappointed like we are! Stayed here for a Grand Canyon visit. Room was clean except for the musty, stuffy odor. Thermostat was set to 65 degrees F, but the room felt like it was mid-70s and the AC unit was very noisy, causing me to lose significant sleep.

The Squire Inn was clean, comfortable, and friendly. The location was super convenient to the Grand Canyon whether you have your own car or use the free shuttle that picks up right in front of the hotel. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. We will use this hotel again!

The rooms were spacious and we particularly liked the extra sink/counter space outside the bathroom. The bathroom also included a sink and large counter. The chamber staff were thorough and proficient. We enjoyed our dining experience in the casual dining room they have on the premise. A full breakfast at $6.99 was fabulous. They also had a fine dining area and pub which we did not experience. Great place to stay while we experienced the awe of the Grand Canyon!! Read less

This was our first time staying at a BW Premier, and if the Premiers are all this quality, we're sold!! We were in a two queen deluxe room, and it was wonderful. We spent 3 nights there, so having a spacious room with a large bathroom was so nice to come back to after a day of exploring. We were in the 4000 hall near the lobby, and even though the location was close to the lobby and the gift shop, our room was peaceful with a beautiful view out our window. The entire hotel is beautiful and clean. The lobby is elegant, and the fountain - gorgeous. And a swim in the indoor saltwater pool was such a treat after hiking in the Grand Canyon. The jacuzzi is huge! We took advantage of the on site restaurants - buffet dinner AND buffet breakfast - twice! All of the restaurant staff were so friendly, as were all the hotel staff. And if you don't feel like driving to the Canyon, just step out the front door and catch the shuttle. The concierge will help you with Canyon info and purchasing tickets (did I mention it was like staying at a resort,?!!). A wonderful place to spend our anniversary at! Read less
