Nice rooms, very clean. We had a 2 bed one bath on 2nd floor. Some rooms have balconies. Less than 5 minute walk to the south rim of Grand Canyon. Walkable to Maswik food court and information center.

This hotel was great, as we were close to nature and only a five minute drive from the Grand Canyon. The service was very slow, we had to call 4 times and wait 3 hours to get a cot, but overall average.

Had to leave our vacation 2 days earlier than expected being we weren’t going to stay in this lodge after seeing the filthy dirty bed sheets, comforter, bed skirt, pillows, and chair in this room. We were very surprised just how dirty this place was and we were only accommodated a few hundred dollars of a $1,000. paid trip. It was like something out of a scary movie. The comforter and sheets had black soot that smeared when you McGee and dried smeared blood on the sheets and comforter of the bed. There was thick dust on the bed skirt and heavily grease stained chair in the room. The pictures attached don’t show just how dirty it all really was. Read less

We really enjoyed our stay on the upper level of the "Yellow Pine" building. It was clean. The four of us had plenty of room, and the high ceiling made it feel even roomier. It was a short walk from the dining area, which we ate at several times. For those who don't need anything fancy, I recommend this option.

On a positive note, the Lodge is well located close to the blue and red bus routes, which take you all over the park. The pizza pub inside the Lodge is surprisingly excellent. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are tired, have no wi fi, noisy fans and fridges and the most uncomfortable pillows. It’s ok for a night but I wouldn’t stay longer.
