This used to be a Courtyard and it still feels like it. It doesn't have the feel of a Sheraton property. Other reviewers have commented on the large pool but i would not consider it large unless you include the big kiddie pool. Other reviewers have commented on the large pool but i would not consider it large unless you include the big kiddie pool. The number of lounge chairs around the pool is rather limited and they always ran out of pool towels every day we were there. It is certainly at a great location on the island and is close to many restaurants and shopping. Bonvoy Elite members do get a nice buffet breakfast that includes an omelette station. Parking is free and close to the hotel. Bike rentals are included in the resort fee if that is beneficial to anyone. Being a seasoned traveler, I would consider this an average hotel based on the rooms, common areas, and pool. Read less

We were tired after the flights to get to this beautiful island. We were greeted by Brooke and Faith. They were so cute and helpful. They couldn’t have been more accommodating. There has been a smile around every corner. Paul at the Concierge desk was great too. I have a few more days and I’m in heaven! Thank you!! Read less

The restaurant served delicious food (steak, salad - especially the beet salad!) and fun entertainment of children dancers (training for competition and selling beautiful leis to help raise funds), a phenominal fire dancer, as well as daytime guitar player pool side. Easy walking distance to stores and across the street a CVS drugstore with everything you might need on your sojourn. Read less

She explained what was included with the reservation and gave us a brief overview of the property. Nice large swimming pool with large Jacuzzi. Property is beach front but the ocean is kind of rocky. There is a spot left of the hotel that is a little better for swimming. I loved the hammocks on the beach. So comfortable and easy to just pass out. LOL. Nice buffet selection for breakfast $28 per person. Included an omelet station....Yay! Our server was very pleasant and attentive. Im sorry I forgot her name. My only complaint would be a visit to the outdoor bar near the pool. We sat at the bar and I'm assuming the bartender was having a bad day. Which is understandable, we all have those days. I did notice however, that they have no coasters or napkins under the drinks. That made the bar kinda messy with water from condensation all over. Over all I'd definitely stay there again. i loved it. Read less

A shower that doesn't drain well, inefficient toilets. What else do you want in a resort hotel? There's a $32 daily resort fee which would be laughable because of the meager offerings for the fee if it wasn't so outrageous. There's a $32 daily resort fee which would be laughable because of the meager offerings for the fee if it wasn't so outrageous. We had opted to skip housekeeping for the three days of our stay but our request was ignored and the staff ended up throwing away my reusable plastic coffee mug. We expect better from a Marriott hotel. Read less
