Lovely cottages set on beautiful grounds adjacent to the beach. Very peaceful with great beds and a restaurant on the property. Feels like you are coming home to your own Hawaii home after being out for the day.

This is a gem in Kaua’i. I would stay here again over a ritz or Westin or FS the cottages are quaint and spacey. The only issue was the bed. The beach is non swimmable on the property however within 15 minutes there’s beaches where you can be 100% alone

We chose to stay in Waimea because of its close proximity to Koke'e SP which is located about 25-30 minutes up the mountain. We were also attracted to the more authentically Hawaiian ambience of Waimea Plantation Cottages and the uniqueness of each bungalow. We were not disappointed! We had a one bedroom, ocean-view cottage with good-sized kitchen and bath, and comfortable bed (#66, I think). The interior was a bit dated, the exterior could have used a new coat of paint, and the floors were pretty scuffed, but I suppose this adds to the charm of the place - although it did appear some cottages were in better condition than others. In any event, we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and beautiful grounds and would stay here again if we returned to the area. Read less

We booked an ocean front cottage. From the moment we check in everyone was warm and friendly. The rooms had plenty of windows for good circulation. The bed was comfortable. The only glitch was our safe was broken and could not be repaired so they gave us a master key to lock it. It was a 5 minute drive to the small boat harbor for our Napoli… Read more

It was a 5 minute drive to the small boat harbor for our Napoli coast tour, close to Waimea Canyon and walkable to town. We would return. Read less
