This is about contacting them by phone. Over $1,000 a night, and "the concierge is not available" at 2 in the afternoon. You must be kidding me. Trying to make dining reservations. VERY bad look. It is embarrassing for a high end resort to say they do not have anybody available for such a simple request. I mean, really....

Our second time doing a 3 night Turtle Bay stay with extended family - we love this resort, great balance for all ages, great food, great service. Tanner helped us at check in. We always stay at AMX partner hotels, which Turtle Bay is- comes with great perks. Used their spa (excellent massage with Wilson) and Stables (Kielie was wonderful with… Read more

This place is amazing. We hoped for the quieter, Hawaiian experience (compared to Waikiki) and DEFINITELY got it. The property is enormous and absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. We walked the expansive property each morning to some incredible scenery. Amazing staff and service. Food and entertainment is great - although somewhat limited, especially after 9pm. Lots of resort activities to choose from. Expensive, but there's always a short drive to the food trucks in Kahuku or Sunset Beach. Luau was great. Only complaint: the property is open to the public, which can lead to some busy beach moments and parking issues. VERY strong recommend. Read less

The concept is one that should be copied. I adored an adult pool as it felt upscale. The grounds are fantastic. There is much to do (if you want to pay for the activities as they are ala carte and expensive) The place was redone during Covid and the vibe fits the scenery. The Buffett for breakfast was not open which disappointed. The choice of… Read more

There is much to do (if you want to pay for the activities as they are ala carte and expensive) The place was redone during Covid and the vibe fits the scenery. The Buffett for breakfast was not open which disappointed. The choice of restaurants was fair. The Roy's dining was good but again, expensive. Thier restaurant at the golf area was good for pub fare. The bar at the pool served terrific drinks (expensive but the vibe was cool) The dining there was good pub fare as well. Read less

Everything about Turtle Bay exceeded our expectations. Starting with the early and helpful communications about our upcoming stay to the gorgeous location, room and entire resort and the incredible team. Everyone made us feel special, especially the Ocean Club crew- especially Dakota. We can't wait to visit again- hopefully for a longer stay.
