It was such a pleasure to get up to Squaw Valley and stay at the Resort at Squaw Creek. The staff were extremely helpful and in great spirits. Some services were on hold such as room cleaning but that was to be expected during the Pandemic. Weather and snow conditions were excellent, and our whole family had an amazing experience!

This hotel is really "phoning it in" these days. I've stayed here before and it was great. Now it feels like they just use COVID as an excuse for all the lack of service and amenities. Only one restaurant is open for dinner and it's bar food. The others have limited hours. NO room service even though that seems about the best way to safely get food to your guests. NO housekeeping. No shuttle or transportation from hotel. Cost us $35 + tip each way to go 4 miles down the road for dinner. Don't go over to the Olympic Village when shuttle isn't operating because you'll be stuck there. Almost no Uber or Lyft service and public transportation was gutted due to pandemic. Staff was friendly. Room had lots of problems and deficiencies that should have been caught before check-in. Read less

We've been going to the Creek for years and it's still a wonderful place to stay! They have done a great job of making everyone feel safe during this time. We enjoyed skiing every day and then coming off the mountain for a "normal" cocktail at the outdoor bar and not a canned one. The tables were spaced out and heaters if you wanted. We also took… Read more

Pros: The convenience of a “ski-in-ski-out” hotel was great. Complimentary ski check room. Nice pool/jacuzzi area. Nice deck with several fire pits. Clean room. Nice bathroom. Plenty of elevators to move you up and down even with reduced COVID capacity. Cons: Not cheap. Self parking is not free and a bit of a walk. Tiny refrigerator. Check in… Read more
