Things to see and do in Las Vegas

Las Vegas experiences

Top Gun and Air Combat Experience

Top Gun and Air Combat Experience

If you feel the need (the need) for speed, then this once-in-a-lifetime experience has to be in your crosshairs. Having been briefed and given a suitably menacing call sign, you’ll climb into the cockpit of an Extra 330LC – the world’s most advanced certified aerobatic plane – with a super experienced pilot and take to the skies.

Dig This: Giant Digger Experience

Dig This: Giant Digger Experience

If you ask us, growing out of childhood ambitions is highly overrated. And while we can’t help you to be a unicorn farmer or billionaire cyborg ninja, we can give you an amazing, grin-inducing experience playing with full-size bulldozers and excavators in a giant sandpit for adults, and that’s easily as much fun.

Area 51 Day Tour

Area 51 Day Tour

What is Area 51? If 10 seasons of the X-Files taught us anything it’s that a.) no good ever comes of not turning the lights on when you enter a building, and b.) that the truth is out there. With this fun, fascinating and unashamedly geeky day-long tour you’ll finally get to visit ‘there’ for yourself – driving along the ‘Extraterrestrial Highway to visit a host of sites at the heart of America’s UFO capital.

Exotic Car Driving Experience

Exotic Car Driving Experience Las Vegas

The backdrop for this thrilling petrol-head experience is the world-famous Las Vegas Motor Speedway, and once you’ve finished goggling at your surroundings, you’ll get one-to-one coaching and instruction before taking your choice of supercar out for some hot laps with your experienced co-pilot encouraging you throughout. It’s blast. In fact, the only problem is choosing which automotive work of art to drive.

CSI: The Experience

CSI: The Experience

Guided by videos of the show’s characters plus a group of genuine forensic scientists, you’ll become one of the team, investigating a grisly crime, sifting evidence, visiting the autopsy room and generally sleuthing yourself silly, before returning to the office to build your case. Played superbly straight by the guiding cast, this is a super entertaining experience that you’ll talk about in your precinct (local pub) for years to come.

Grand Canyon Helicopter ride

Virgin Holidays VIP Landing Tour

Experience an exhilarating helicopter tour as you fly over Lake Las Vegas, Lake Mead, Hoover Dam and Fortification Hill, along with many other breath-taking views. Land 3,500 ft into the Grand Canyon in Hualapai Indian Territory. Champagne, beverages and a light snack will be served some 300 ft above the mighty Colorado River. Fly back through the Grand Canyon, view the red rock formations of the Bowl of Fire and conclude your adventure with an exciting flight over the Las Vegas Strip.

Trapeze Lessons in Las Vegas

Trapeze Lessons in Las Vegas

Learn to navigate the flying trapeze on this 1-hour 30 minute lesson in Las Vegas. Gather up your courage, chalk up your hands, and grab a bar to fly high above the ground with the direction of an experienced instructor. Learn the basics of hanging by your knees, then release your hands when you’re comfortable. At the end of your session, attempt a release-and-catch with one of the professional catchers.

Maverick Night Flight of The Strip

Maverick Night Flight of The Strip

From the Luxor pyramid with its beam of light piercing the sky to the dancing fountains of the Bellagio, there is no more famous and fabulous strip than Las Vegas Boulevard. And by far the best way to take it in is via ECO-Star helicopter, 'the limousine of the sky', on this 15-minute joyride over the skyline of New York-New York, the fairytale castle of Excalibur, the gondola canals of The Venetian and all the way downtown to the classic old school Vegas casinos of Fremont Street.

Grand Canyon Explorer South Rim

Grand Canyon Explorer South Rim

If the Grand Canyon looks breathtaking from afar, wait until you get a peek inside. This seven-and-a-half-hour tour will see you whisked to the South Rim aboard a Maverick Beechcraft 1900D plane, then driven into the Grand Canyon National Park to explore the eighty-year-old Bright Angel Lodge, gasp at the mind-expanding views from Mather Point and wander trails that can only be accessed from inside the park, dotted with stunning overlooks and awe-inspiring vistas.

Payment flexibility

Don’t worry if you’ve missed a payment or just need a little more time to pay; we have options available to help you. If your holiday is going ahead as planned, you can continue to pay for your holiday in Manage my booking, even if travelling in less than 12 weeks. If you’re unsure, you can delay any additional payments by choosing a new time to travel by requesting a call back in Manage My booking for one of our team to look at options. If your holiday is more than 6 months away, you may wish to set up a Direct Debit to spread the cost. This can be arranged whilst rebooking or afterwards in Manage my booking.

We're flexible with your holiday plans

We understand that you may wish to change your holiday plans and we appreciate the need for flexibility.

You're holiday is going ahead as planned

If we haven’t notified you of any changes, your holiday will be going ahead as planned but if you prefer to move your holiday to a later time we can help. You can call our team on 0344 472 9499 who can look at options for you.

Thank you for your patience and understanding

Payments are being prioritised based on when the request was made, working in order from March 2020 onwards. We will always try to process refunds at the earliest opportunity, for requests before August our maximum timeframe is 120 days. As we are steadily reducing the maximum processing time for each new request, for refund requests made in August, we expect the maximum processing time to be 80 days, from the date the refund is requested. For those requesting a refund in September, we expect it to be processed within a maximum of 60 days, and then reduce to 30 days for refunds requested in October, before returning to normal levels.

We'll be in touch soon

To finalise the amendment, one of our customer advisors will phone you. We need to work through amend requests in departure date order so we can prioritise those with the most imminent travel plans, so you may have a longer wait than usual until we’re able to ring you back. We will help everyone that wants to move their holiday.

I returned early from holiday and have further questions?
