Bally's Hotel and Casino

Strip, Las Vegas

The hotel

With unwavering service, comprehensive dining and amenities that are second to none, it’s no doubt Bally’s has been welcoming excited guests for over 30 years now! There’s the casino of course, with its traditional reels, video poker, slots machines and roulette tables but, if Lady Luck and you have been flirting too much, head on over to the oversized poolside instead — it’s rocking. And yes, we do mean literally, with DJ music, private cabanas and plenty of shaded areas thanks to the palm trees! Or perhaps a game of tennis might tempt you? The complex here is one of the largest on the Strip with eight floodlit courts to choose from. Golfers will appreciate a free tee session at one of two nearby golf courses or shop ‘til you drop at Bally’s Avenue. It’s not just about the gambling in Las Vegas, there’s the shows as well and Bally’s plays host to some of the best. Feel like you’re attending an actual wedding — Tony n’ Tina’s to be precise, or take a step to the left with the cast of the Rocky Horror Picture Show. Dining at Bally’s can be sumptuous with bottomless Champagne, caviar and lobster or play it simple and grab a martini and an appetiser at the Steakhouse Bar.

I enjoyed the table games and you are in the center of the strip. The food stands in front of the resort were perfect for lunches. The room and motel was clean. you had access to the monorail in case you did not feel like walking to the end of the strip.

Stayed at Bally’s for a Saturday through Wednesday Vegas trip. Bally’s is perfectly located right in the middle of the strip, the perfect location to either explore north or south of there. We arrived late Saturday night, and we walked right up and used the self check-in kiosk. It was easy to use and had us on our way to our room in minutes. Our room was on the 14th floor and faced the back of the hotel (the parking garage for Paris?) not much of a view, but nice and quiet. Almost no noise from the outside. We had a standard (updated?) King room. For a standard room it was definitely one of the largest I’ve stayed in. Also one of the most comfortable beds as well. The bathroom was also nice and spacious with a walk-in shower. The Grand Bazaar Shops are right in front of the hotel with some nice food and drink options and a CVS for all of your essential type items. The Bellagio fountains are right across the street. A short walk to the north is the Linq Promenade with more food and dining options and the High Roller observation wheel. We used the online self checkout option when leaving and left our bags at the bell desk as we had a late flight out. Pro tip: pick up your Caesars reward card as soon you get to the hotel. I didn’t get one until the last day, not realizing all the gambling and dining I had done would have gone towards those rewards. If you plan to do ANY gambling or dining at Caesars properties, where we spent most of our time, pick up that card ASAP otherwise you’re going to miss out on those points. I would absolutely recommend this property for the location and room, and plan to stay again in the future as a jump off point for some of the National parks in the west (Zion, Death Valley, Joshua Tree, etc.) Read less

The room was a decent size and was clean. There were more than enough towels placed in the room. The staff were accomodating and were a pleasure to meet. The bartenders were very friendly. I was happy to have stayed here..

It's a nice hotel, with all the trimmings! The food court caters to all tastes! Staff were very friendly and helpful! Only downside, there's no coffee or tea making facilities in the room, which I found very odd as there's always one in every hotel room I've ever been to!

We recently stayed at Bally’s and booked a Resort King Room. We were pleasantly surprised at how big the room was! It had a wet bar and two refrigerators! The customer service is always great at Bally’s, but having the super big room made our stay even better!
