Caesars Palace

Strip, Las Vegas

The hotel

This Las Vegas legend hasn’t outlasted many of its neighbours by accident. Look beyond its decadent glory-of-Rome exterior and you’ll find supremely well-appointed, contemporary rooms and suites without a whiff of white marble overkill. There are few Vegas resorts that can hold a Roman candle to Caesar’s casino and gaming options, while foodies could happily spend days ticking off the relaxed and upscale eateries on offer. Likewise, if retail therapy is on your mind, the resort’s Forum Shops is an opulent mall that’s been dubbed ‘The Shopping Wonder of the World’. And did we mention that Caesar’s Palace continues to host the grandest of grand Vegas performers such as Celine Dion at its 4,000 plus seater Colosseum stadium?

I've stayed at Caesars before but I had the best time I've ever had. The staff very friendly throughout. Good time at tables. Played a new table game, tens or better poker, had a blast. Dealers were patient with my learning and pit bosses were friendly and fun. Usually pit boss stands there like a mafia boss but two different pit bosses engaged the tables and had fun teasing us for various things. Great place to play table games. Also had similar experience at Texas Hold em table, dealers very fun. I will stay here again for sure Read less

The forum food court area has poor service. Slow.... slow... no matter what time you visit. The pool food situation is non existent and confusing to attempt. Even our server said it was a bit of a mess to attempt. The biggest issue we had was the Neptune Pool. We paid $300 for a daybed and it took 20 min to take us to it. Then, the pool- OMG! It was the MOST DISGUSTING pool water I’ve ever seen, short of my own when I take the cover off after winter. There was a slimy coat on the water, tons of bugs and other stuff floating in it. I couldn’t stand to be in it. I’m honestly shocked. They were only open 9-5... there was time to treat and skim that pool. Very disappointing. Other than that we enjoyed our visit. We would return, but not to swim in that pool. The Venus pool wasn’t open or we would have chosen it. Read less

They make you feel like royalty. Allure E. attended to me this trip. She was efficient, extremely friendly and dedicated to ensuring my stay was 5 star. She made restaurant suggestions and informed me of any and all benefits associated with my Caesars account. You cannot find excellent service like this anywhere else. There are dining options from inexpensive to very expensive and they are some of the best choices available at any hotel on the strip. Bachanal is an amazing buffet, don’t miss it. All in all, Caesars Palace is my home away from home and I love it dearly. 5 stars. Read less
