Caesars Palace

The Strip, Las Vegas

Virgin rating

The hotel

This Las Vegas legend hasn’t outlasted many of its neighbours by accident. Look beyond its decadent glory-of-Rome exterior and you’ll find supremely well-appointed, contemporary rooms and suites without a whiff of white marble overkill. There are few Vegas resorts that can hold a Roman candle to Caesar’s casino and gaming options, while foodies could happily spend days ticking off the relaxed and upscale eateries on offer. Likewise, if retail therapy is on your mind, the resort’s Forum Shops is an opulent mall that’s been dubbed ‘The Shopping Wonder of the World’. And did we mention that Caesar’s Palace continues to host the grandest of grand Vegas performers such as Adele at its 4,000 plus seater Colosseum stadium?

I arrived late into Vegas after having been on road for last 7 days and Kiana was so personable, professional and positive, it made my travel experience better. She answered all my questions and made sure I Knew where everything was. Great client service and top quality employee as Caesar’s. Thanks Kiana!

Think again about contacting Caesar’s Palace Host or Representative. I earned Diamond status in two nights (Diamond Elite after 3 visits), which had host Peter Juan contacting me and stating to inform him when I visit so that he can “take care of it.” The first few times the host stated I was set for my restaurant experiences, waiters would ask me for payments at the restaurants because he did not inform me beforehand that I would need to charge bills to the room and have my credit card information at hotel check-in for him to cover the payments. Last month, I informed him I did not need a hotel room; however, would he be able to help me with the buffet and Adele tickets. He confirmed I was set for the buffet and Adele. I ended up having to pay for the buffet bill out of pocket because it was not charged to a room and never saw Adele because he never told me what time, date, how many tickets, nor where to get them, even when I asked him directly. For this month’s trip, I asked if he can help us with restaurant and spa experiences and he confirmed. Most of the experiences were done on the first day with my family. However, on the second day in the afternoon, he stated that I would need to play more to have the first day covered. I was shocked and frustrated that this person is never clear beforehand. Now, I am stuck with a bill over $1200. Contacting Caesar’s Palace customer service, they informed me to contact Pauline Lim, International Marketing, who oversees hosts. She yelled at me for saying “activities” instead of “dine, spa, and other things.” I tried to explain my experience with Caesar’s Palace and she often cuts me off mid-sentence during our call, rebutting my experiences. She stated I am the first to complain and that I was repeating myself. I asked for clarity and she snapped and asked me, “Is everything clear now?” Not only did the phone call became a cyclone, she yelled at me, and accused me of lying. I dislike Caesar’s Palace even more after that phone call. I understand that these negative experiences came from only these two people, as most people I interacted with during my stays were positive. Therefore, I would like to request recommendations to make my view of Caesar’s Palace a little better, especially with their representatives. In addition, to have my bill of over $1200 reviewed, as it is unfair to be stuck with a bill I was tricked into having that could have avoided. Read less

Cesar’s Palace as a whole was great the hotel and staff are excellent. Now the room on the other hand was lacking in the Octavian tower. The bathroom had a shower leak, water damage, clogged sink and not very clean. There was dust on all the vents and hair in the tub from previous guests. Also the furniture’s was dated and worn.

This is absolutely terrible. To celebrate my 21st Birthday my first time staying at a resort. He said he didn’t have any information at all about the room and they said they were gonna call us and they never did. We had to make the check in line for the third time and then finally got our room and they didn’t compensate in anything. We lost our dinner reservation and it is a horrible experience. Read less
