We were in town to celebrate the ending of the school term with our two boys (teen and tween). They loved being in the middle of it all but away from the chaos, smoke and crowds of the other hotels. The staff was extraordinary. The concierge team helped plan a range of activities and meals and had spot on suggestions. I am sure all the spa… Read more

The staff was extraordinary. The concierge team helped plan a range of activities and meals and had spot on suggestions. I am sure all the spa services are excellent but if you are able to get a message with Elizabeth, it will be outstanding. The valet team was super friendly but professional and very focused on safety --always confirming the Uber license plate or the valet ticket. The restaurant service was very on point. The rooms are typical (very nice) Four Seasons city rooms but the staff at every turn made the visit very special. Read less

I booked at the Four Seasons for a conference, but my husband and I tacked on time to celebrate our first anniversary. The hotel accommodated both extraordinarily well, proving as a quiet oasis for our networking among the jangling casino in Mandalay Bay, and also a romantic escape at the edge of the strip. The rooms are extremely comfortable and feel plush, and the attention to detail is what undoubtedly makes Four Seasons a coveted accommodation. The wire cords and the lens cloths are unexpected extras (at least for anyone not used to staying in a luxury hotel). We were also sent a lovely plate of goodies on the final night wishing us a happy anniversary. Staff are friendly and service is anticipatory. I felt an effort on behalf of everyone to make each guest feel VIP. I would love to come back when the weather is a bit warmer to enjoy the pool area, but otherwise nothing at all was lacking from this short trip. Our views of the strip were exciting, but being one step removed from the Vegas bustle at the end of the day made for the relaxing retreat we were hoping for. Read less

They offered us two double beds which we declined. We were them told they have a 1 bedroom suite for an up charge which we declined then told us they have a suite with king bed for an up charge which we declined. Then told they had a king in the same type of room with a view of the strip with a king bed for an upcharge!!!! We agreed to the same room with king and strip view rather then settle for 2 double beds. We have stayed in many hotels including four seasons. We have never had an experience like this with trying to get a king bed without an upcharge. Normally hotels will upgrade you if they can not accommodate your request? Not this one. Very dissappointed with this up sell and would think twice about coming back for business or pleasure! Not the standard we would expect from this type of property compared to past experiences. Everything was as expected for a Four Seasons experience. I particularly like the private check in and out without having to walk through a casino. Stayed at this location several times and never had any disappointment of any type. Nice job folks!
