Heading back to our room after a long day is like a relaxing oasis! Not l like other hotel casinos with hundreds of people in the lobby and long lines at the desk. The restaurants are great, the pool is great and the spa is great. The proximity to Mandalay Bay Casino through what I like to call "the secret door" is also great. While it is not at the center of the strip, we actually prefer this so it is more quiet. They have a house car to transport you to anywhere on the Strip and you easily walk to Luxor, Excalibur without going outside and NY-NY and MGM with a short walk outside. I would highly recommend this 4S for vacation or for business. Read less

Worth it. Excellent hotel inside a hotel. All the large amenities of Mandalay Bay with none of the hassles like crowded check in, Grand Central valet area, mass crowds for buffets. Casino is in Mandalay so none of those folks roaming around the floors or lobby or pool of the Four Seasons property. Excellent experience.

The Las Vegas Four Seasons Hotel provides the ultimate in luxury service and accommodations in both the room and pool areas. From the quiet rooms, high speed elevators, and comfortable beds to the thick towels and great poolside service, we felt like valued guests. We can't wait to return.

I came to Las Vegas with my partner in June, 2019 for 6 nights. We were initially booked in a king room strip view, but when we checked in, we were given a special rate to upgrade to the Executive Suite on the top floor (39th floor). What an upgrade! Three times as big! My partner and I decided to stay with the Four Seasons after hearing and reading so many reviews about the property and how attentitive and personable the staff are. We are not gamblers or smokers, nor do we enjoy that kind of atmosphere, so staying on a non-smoking, non gaming property was huge for us. Especially since we were there for a week. I want to point out how impressed I am with house keeping. Always working around my schedule day or night to accommodate me and my partner, always coming by with fresh linens, turn down service and restocking our fridge. They pay attention to every detail, never missed a spot or made me think twice if the room was clean or not. One morning, I had my medication sprawled out on the table in addition to some personal belongings, and they organised it all so neatly for me! I didn't even mind that they touched it, but it was so kind of them to make it look nice for my arrival. There's one staff in particular I'd like to recognise for her hard work ethic, amazing personality and how much fun of a person she is. Her name is Zlata. She was our poolside attendant when we rented out Cabana One. She was extremely accomodating, always checking in our party to see if we needed cold towels, popsicles, drink orders or food. I felt like a prince! She is a huge reason why I will be returning the hotel (and the pool). If I was a business owner, I would definitely want her on my team. Please give her my regards! The restaurant dinner manager in the restaurant, Veranda, was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, I did forget his name but I was blown away by his knowledge on the dinner and drink menu. He stopped by our table on several occassions to check in with us and speak about how the dishes were made. The food was impeccable, and the service is excellent! I had one experience during my stay here. Fortunately, I didn't let it impact my stay, but I hope the Four Seasons can take this feedback to improve their service in the Valet department. Night-time valet attendant, Rob, was hostile, rude and abrupt to my party on three separate occassions over the course of two nights when we dropped off our car. The first time I let it slide, but the following two times I found it unacceptable especially for the amount I was paying to stay here. On that second night, I went back and forth to the hotel two times throughout the night. Both of those times, I was wearing the same outfit, arrived in the same car with the same people, and he still had the audacity to confront my party to question if we were guests of the hotel. Rob would ask questions such as "Are you a guest here?" or "Did you mean to go to Mandalay Bay" or "Are you lost?". Pulling up in a Range Rover, I'm certainly not lost. After my third interaction with Rob, I was livid. I've never been so upset with a hotel employee for making me feel unwelcomed. I thought this was supposed to be a tailored experience? I confronted him offering to provide my ID, and the reservation since he was so quick to assume I wasn't a guest. He said it wasn't necessary. It came to a point where I felt scared to use valet at night thinking I was going to be humilitated again. I hope valet can continue to improve. Despite my one bad experience, I still rate this hotel 5/5. I am looking forward to returning to the Four Seasons next time as I refuse to stay anywhere else now! As a seasoned travel agent, I strongly recommend staying here for a one of a kind experience in Las Vegas. Read less
