It was size of 2 standard rooms seamlessly married together to create a great personal space. One side was was the sleeping quarters with a sleeping area and full bathroom. The other side was a living room with desk and wet bar AND a separate water closet... great for chili and beer night gentleman..... I'm sure the wife appreciated it. Staff was on point the whole trip. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Not a grumpy buzz killer in the bunch. The room staff made sure we returned to a clean and restocked room every evening. Didn't even have to think about it. We usually stay in the Venetian/Caesars part of the strip but a work conference had us on this side. It was a great surprise. Read less

Everyone wants to help make your stay special, and it is. They walk you to your room and make sure that everything is what you expected, PERFECT! Its the little touches that make this hotel special, as when I watch TV I need distance glasses, so I leave them on the bed table, and when I return there is a Four Seasons micro-cloth to clean them! And then there are the many wires that one uses to stay in touch with the world and the four seasons has a small velcrotape that they use to consolidate your cords so they don't hang all over the desk. Its the small things that make you come back, with a smile! Read less

Currently, my favorite hotel on the strip. I like that the lobby and hotel area are compartmentalized from the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino and that it gives you some quiet if you want it. Great customer service and well-maintained like you would expect from FS properties. Mini-bar is expensive but not obscene like other strip hotels. Solid… Read more

Great customer service and well-maintained like you would expect from FS properties. Mini-bar is expensive but not obscene like other strip hotels. Solid breakfast buffet. For personal travel, definitely recommend booking through the AMEX Fine Hotels & Resorts program as they offer some great perks (complimentary breakfast, spa credit, and 4pm checkout). Read less

First trip to Vegas in a November. Weather was nice, wish it was warmer for pool weather but still enjoyable. This was at the end of November so we were able to see some Christmas decorations up in various hotels.
