They made a difference and worked so hard on two very busy nights ! Please recognize these outstanding staff. Time share presentation was great and Sam made a difference. Although it was not right for us at this time... it was a lot of fun and NO Pressure at all! Loved the resort and would stay again Read less

We used timeshare points to reserve a 2-bedroom unit for 5 nights. The resort is very nice and the staff is wonderful. Our room was big, clean, and comfortable. The pool area is very nice and well maintained. Stephanie, who checked us in, was great and followed up the 2nd day of our visit to make sure everything was going well. It was, but if it wasn't, I'm sure she would have taken care of any issue we might have had. The location of this property isn't great. It's on the very northern end of the Strip, right by Circus Circus. There is a lot of construction going on in the area and the sidewalks aren't nearly as clean as by the larger, more well know resorts on the Strip. We did a morning walk and came by several homeless people on the streets in the area. The resort is close to the recently opened Sahara which is where the closest Monorail station is. The Westgate stop is a mile from the resort, so stay on the Monorail until the last northbound stop. Location was fine for us. During our morning walks, we were able to walk to the main part of the Strip, otherwise we took the Monorail (or used Lyft) to get to places we wanted to visit. There is a $25 per day resort fee charged when you check-in. They try to get you to sign up for a 90-minute tour, which we politely declined. There was no pressure to do one, but their sales staff was very busy during our stay. Overall, a nice stay. Would stay here again. Read less

All the staff at this hotel were very friendly and really helpful; I had an issue with the safe towards the end of my stay and even though it was the middle of the night, somebody came up within fifteen minutes and had it sorted in five. The main hotels on the Strip are a bit of a distance, but that's the only problem and I knew about it when I booked my room. Read less

This was our first trip as a married couple and my first time in Las Vegas. From the location the the view from the hotel and how friendly the staff was by far the best way for my first time. Can wait to go back
