I did early arrival check in for $20. When I got to hotel, they said there was no rooms available and could not do early check in. Never an apology. Never a smile. Never an apology After being up for 24 hours (why I chose early check in) this was disappointing.

Had a great time at MGM Grand. Everything was beautiful. It was noisy to the point of overwhelming but alot of events were going on as well. Fast paced. It is a young person's game definitely. I wasn't expecting it to be so expensive as well.

First time in Vegas and was unsure what to expect from this hotel after mixed reviews. Arrived and asked for an upgrade of our room and was given an upgrade free of charge. Excellent start to our stay here. The guy at the desk was so friendly and gave us a bottle of water each too. Got to the room to find 2 huge beds, good view and a very clean and modern bathroom. Small bath and a very good shower. Beds were very comfortable. All the staff very friendly and the casino was great too. Hotel is huge and lots of different places to eat here and there is also a Starbucks. Bars and shops. Lots of easy access to taxis outside the hotel and also an Uber pick up point. Parking the car was very easy and checking out was also quick and easy. The strip (bellagio ect) is a little bit out the way and in the heat we had to get taxis or drive as couldn’t walk but found our room very quiet which was good after busy Vegas noise. Would definitely stay here again. Read less
