Very fancy/luxurious feel to the room. Spacious, clean, and the reason I stayed here was for the HUGE Jacuzzi bathtub that I spend hours in. A little far off the strip but worth it if you get a good price.

Really enjoyed staying in such clean and quiet hotel. We came as couples but definitely coming back with our kids. Everyone is so friendly. The staff guided us since we got there with great recommendations for lunch and dinner.

I have stayed at the signature several times over the years. The property opened up in 2006 and was a magnificent place at the time. There are three towers separated by ownership and hotel occupants. Tower 2 is in the middle and hosts the hotel entrance and reception. There are three room options. The single room which is like a studio hotel room and the basic accommodations. The one bedroom suite has two full bathrooms and a sleeper sofa along with a full kitchen. They have wised up and now offer the kitchen amenities at check in. I'm guessing too much was broken or went missing providing a full kitchen. The one bedroom suite and single room are always adjoining so you can get a two bedroom suite by connecting these rooms and using the larger double outer door. This time I got a one bedroom suite and paid extra (true) to get a higher floor. There are 38 floors and I was on 36 but facing the airport. I love airplanes but in Vegas you prefer to face the strip which is massive these days. Never the less, the view was good. Generally speaking, the wow factor of 2006 is no longer there. The rooms are very nice and well appointed but the room I had looked tired and had several maintenance issues such as closets and cabinets not closing properly and the TV in bedroom not retracting. I was using the desk for work and the TV was in the way but I made it work. Compared to other properties in Vegas, the Signature is in need of some upgrades to keep up. The proximity to MGM requires a healthy walk down a hallway to the main walkway at MGM. The security door which made the original appeal is mostly left open so the room key is mostly needed at night. If you have a car or use taxis then the walk is not an issue as you won't experience it. Everything was good at the hotel but value for money for the outdated amenities left some distaste. Next in Vegas I'll have to shop around and even the MGM itself has good suites to chose from without being out of the way. Read less

More of an "Off the Strip" experience, quiet with an attentive staff. Super clean room (ask for the 32nd floor!) was really quiet, I never heard anyone during the time I was there- period. Everything worked, nothing broken, funky or messed-up just a nice smooth stay like you want when you're on vacation. It's not cheap but that's not why you go… Read more
