DO NOT waste your $ on a cabana at this hotel. $300 . Wear a mask in your own cabana with your family. Unless you are drinking a $27 drink. Staff=no mask. Go elsewhere, most offer a drink credit from rental. PopOverall experience is -1 the 5 stars are paid reviews for sure!

It has a roller coaster in it. What else do you need to say. Rooms were large. Great location. Highly recommend. It is not as fancy as some of the other hotels on the strip, but we got a great deal on the room.

Stayed at New York -New York last weekend. It was a good time. We went to celebrate my son’s birthday. I think they are doing a great job of keeping guests safe. It’s just funny to be in Vegas with no bars open.

From the moment you enter New York, New York, you feel like they're trying to make things as safe as possible. There are signs that everyone must wear a mask. There are hand washing stations and hand sanitizer everywhere. Unfortunately some of the guests didn't care. I saw several playing slot machines without masks. But NYNY can't find everyone who's not following the rules. I felt like the room was quite clean. They even cleaned the remote control... which I usually think is the dirtiest thing in the room. During the current time, they only clean the room before you arrive. They don't have daily housekeeping service unless you ask for it. I actually like that... the fewer people coming and going, the better. Many of the restaurants and shops were open. Many were not. The pool was open... but not the hot tub. The staff was terrific and made me feel welcome. And it's hard to beat the prices they're offering right now to lure you back. Other than the COVID stuff, the room was nice. Everything worked. No complaints. It was quiet. The room was a good size. I'll stay here again. Read less

My wife and I stayed in a Park Premier Room. We paid extra for the upgrade. It was a very nice room. The problem was it is located next to the housekeeping staff room, where they liked to scream down the hallway. Give it a break. Very nice pool and gym. Great dining options. Very friendly staff. Very fun casino. I will return and not upgrade to… Read more
