Terrible experience. Last minute business trip. Tried to book on the Caesars website. Server down. Called Reservations - unable to book, server still down. Was told to call back in 1 hour if still unable. Asked about what if rate changes. Said to screen shot or print rate, they would honor. Called back. Still unable to book on website. They tried to charge a higher rate (+$70.00). I told them the whole story and I had printed out previous rate offed. Finally agreed to a rate (still higher than when server was down). Also needed a late check out. Reservationist said she would note it on the reservation. Get to Vegas, Tried to check in at Caesars desk. Was told my reservation was moved to Nobu, and I now have to walk over to Nobu hotel on the other side of property (dragging bags). Get to Nobu. Front desk person says no notation on reservation for requesting late check out. No can do. I ask if she could (by calling the desk) move reservation back to the Caesars and see what they could do. She refused to call Caesars front desk just to find out what they may be able to do. She said I have to walk back over to the Caesars check in, if I wanted to find out. Same building, long walk AGAIN. So no help. Tired from flying all day, I think I'll give Nobu a chance. Supposed Boutique asian decor. I ask for a high floor, view. No can do. No view in any Nobu room. Then says this room is really nice, with a rain shower, etc. Get to room, Not bad, but a cave. Also originally booked king bed. Got two queens. Next morning go for a shower, where's the rain shower? Where's the tub? I now find out I have a handicapped room. Shower is open with a hand held shower head. Plastic yellow curtain on spring rod. No ledge for water as it is a roll in shower for a wheelchair. Wait 10 minutes for hot water. Proceed to flood bathroom during shower. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is nice beds, soft towels. Stayed at Venetian next night for a lower rate! Venetian is beautiful. Staff helpful and friendly. Night and day difference from Caesar/Nobu experience. Read less

As a very frequent traveler, I only write reviews when an experience is truly outstanding or truly poor. Unfortunately for Nobu it is the latter. I booked here thinking as part of Caesar's that my experience would equal my stays at the mainstay property. I was even contacted weeks in advance as a "VIP Guest" to ensure my needs were met. I had one simple request and that was to be sure there was a coffee maker in my room. Confirmed!! And then I arrived. 3 1/2 hours later than planned, or 2AM EST. No coffee maker. Took a half hour of wrestling on the phone before they agreed to bring me an espresso maker. They were "generous" to give me 2 days worth of pods but if I wanted a 3rd day it would cost me $15. At check in, I asked for late check out. No problem. When I confirmed that late check out ( 2PM) on the day of departure. Problem. My request was declined because the property was full and I had to have a conversation with a manager ( really ?? ) who was polite and apologetic and then did me a favor of a noon checkout and access to the business center, which is nothing more than a table with internet access. I reported that my room needed cleaning ( dusting, literally crap stuck on the bathroom floor) and when I checked out nothing had been addressed. Curtains broken and couldn't close to block light so I had to use a hanger to pinch them closed. Clearly noticed by housekeeping and no action taken. Ordered room service once. Real simple. Two eggs over hard and turkey sausage. 40 minutes later I get 2 eggs over easy, though the sausages were delicious. Why not call room service for a replacement??? No time to wait another 45 minutes for breakfast is why. Cost was >$30. Also note that in the quoted rate is a $51 resort fee. No idea what that got me as a business traveler other than access to a gym that would only be rated as adequate aside from cardio equipment. So...to Nobu management- not all of your guests are in LV to party. Some of us come to work. Some of your guests are paying a lot more than $149. night and probably should be treated accordingly. And I am back in LV next week and I am not staying at Nobu. Read less

Zoey made this trip for us. She represented a class of service I’ve never experienced before. The room was fantastic and clean. My wife and I were shocked by how fantastic our stay was here. We were given superior and excellent customer service from Zoey. We don’t spend money a lot but she, and this hotel, made it an amazing experience.
