For Nobu which situated in a very convenient location (inside Caesars Palace and next to Bellagio) and provided top brand in-room amenities (natura bisse), I think the price are quite reasonable. Staff are generally friendly and helpful, esp. Zoey from the front desk, provided us lots of tips to enjoy the hotel, facilities, activities and restaurants around. She is smart and understands what the customer's needs. I went to a Vietnamese restaurant she recommended which was really delicious and cheap! I think I got a room upgraded as it seemed bigger than the room I booked with a view to the Paris Tower. The room is nice and clean, just a bit weird that you need to switch the light on and off with the "real" switch of each lamp, instead of controlling them at the bedside panel. Thanks Zoey again that she reminded us not to take up anything from the minibar if we are not going to consume, as they have sensor and charge you once you move them. The hotel worth a 4-star, with Zoey added the 1 to 5-star. Read less

Brilliant hotel which we booked at a very reasonable rate. From the moment you arrive staff make you feel very welcome. Kennedy at check in was fantastic. When we arrived to check in with another couple only one room was ready and they told us the other king room would be ready shortly, which was fine. Then a minute later he said no it was two queens. We explained that we booked the king online and just continued to say it’s a request, we are sold out and argued with us. We were calm, but not happy. The reservation was booked for a king. We didn’t have a choice, so we settled for the two queens. He booked us in a room overlooking the back of the hotel and a view of the buildings and equipment. The rooms were nice, but no coffee. We then checked out and our friends gave their luggage to the Nobu Hotel bellman. We then came down and tried to give our luggage and he told us to go all the way down to the Caesars front desk. We walked out and met our friends, and they said they checked their luggage with them. I walked back to speak to the Nobu Hotel front desk and the bellman saw me and asked if I needed something. I told him that he had just taken our friends luggage and we wanted to leave it together. He then took our luggage, but was not very friendly. There are so many hotel choices in Vegas and I would have expected a higher level of service at The Nobu Hotel with the cost of their rooms, etc. A not so great experience. Read less

I feel like a spokesperson for NoBu as much as I brag about the food and service. As an avid traveler, when I get a chance in any city to eat at a NoBu I always do. The Caesars location is also top notch and a must visit while in vegas. Great for couples or for business!
