This is not a luxury hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. Their customer service is just awful. We booked a suite and they put us in a regular room without telling us. Then when we pointed out the mistake, they were unresponsive and unpleasant. We finally moved to another hotel to salvage our trip. We will never stay there again.

Room was not ready at 3:30pm as promised by reservations, because “the previous guest trashed the room.” Room was not ready until 5:15pm. When I complained about it, the managers Mitchell and Jeff did not apologize. They acted like attorneys instead of employees in hospitality. They claimed the room didn’t need to be ready until 6pm, and they did us a favor by having it ready 45 minutes ahead . So we spent 1500 a night for a room where check in is 6pm and checkout is 10am? That makes a ton of sense. Jeff and Mitchell were both defensive and rude. Jeff literally told me “I wasn’t allowed to judge him.” I’m judging him. Don’t stay at this hotel if you are expecting even a baseline level of service from management. Four seasons, Wynn, and Bellagio are all lovely options for impeccable customer service. Read less

Great place to stay but I could not watch my favorite sporting events because the TV remote was broken. They promised to fix it but never did. Very FRUSTRATING ! The room and location were perfect-elevators were 50 feet from my favorite cigar lounge.

Until now this was our favorite hotel. It has slipped a great deal and the prices are outrageous. The resort fee is robbery, since there is little offered. They were very late with the rooms, which were clean but lacked amenities. There was a refrigerator , but one couldn’t really use it for all the booze stocked there. There is no microwave… Read more

They were very late with the rooms, which were clean but lacked amenities. There was a refrigerator , but one couldn’t really use it for all the booze stocked there. There is no microwave either. Room service was not easily accessible either. I doubt we will return, especially at these prices. I felt sorry for the desk personnel, who were clueless. Read less

Had issues the first day with check in, and the room we got had some as well, but the manager contacted us and made things right. The beds are wonderful, and the staff is good (but overworked, they need more).
