Overall the hotel was decent. Casino isn’t the best by any stretch but I like the atmosphere. The rooms were nice sizes. The worst part and this is huge ... every morning at 9am you could here the bass from music that will wake you up and were on the 20th floor. I don’t think the music was coming from the hotel but from the pool at Cosmopolitan.… Read more

The worst part and this is huge ... every morning at 9am you could here the bass from music that will wake you up and were on the 20th floor. I don’t think the music was coming from the hotel but from the pool at Cosmopolitan. That has to be fixed as it will truly have a impact on your trip and your ability to sleep which will impact your enjoyment. We liked the hotel but would never stay there again for that reason alone. There were no Front Desk clerks waiting on us and the other side wasn't moving either. I would keep seeing ladies peek their heads around the corner watching the lines grow, but would go back into the back. I… Read more

There were no Front Desk clerks waiting on us and the other side wasn't moving either. I would keep seeing ladies peek their heads around the corner watching the lines grow, but would go back into the back. I could see their mouths chewing. I think they were snacking in the back and too busy to come help the ever growing check in lines. Read less
