I have been to vegas many times so this time I thought I would stay at PH. The check in was in my opinion was a mess. The “express “ check in was not express at all!! I waited in line for over 30 minutes well after check in time and when I went up to the kiosk it said my room wasn’t ready. Needless to say I was annoyed because I traveled all day and wanted to just rest. I finally found an actual human who I wanted to ask about how long it would take for a room. I was a little cranky since it was record breaking heat, and he was nice enough to find me a room right away. Room was very clean and nice. The only problem was the smoke. I asked for a non smoking room, which it was, but the minute I walked in the hallway and room smelled like cigarettes and weed. Every morning I would wake up to the smell of weed which isn’t the greatest first thing in the morning. Vegas was back, full of people. Casinos were super busy but disappointed at the lack of variety of slot machines. They seemed to be all the Buffalo ones which seemed to be that way in many casinos. One recommendation is Cafe Hollywood, Paul and Taffy who work the bar are super nice and friendly! Plus the food was pretty good. I am very disappointed at this insane resort fees. U get charged $44 a day, and get crap outta the deal. You can have Wifi access but it wasn’t great. And it sure doesn’t go to cleaning ur room daily, since there are no housekeepers. Seems to me like a giant rip off and really adds up the price of ur trip for nothing. Not sure I will stay there again but it was an ok experience. Read less

My wife and i spent 5 nights at the Planet Hollywood for my 60th birthday, we were upgraded to a junior suite with a great view of the strip room was quiet with good A/C. Check in was quick and painless. Resort is super clean with so many great eating choices from inexpensive and very casual to fine dining. The casino is lively and fun with great cocktail service. I have been to Vegas at least 30 times and stayed at most resorts on the strip as well as downtown. We don't require room service at all anytime we stay in Vegas, we're neat people and like out privacy. The pools were super fun, people complain about the lounge chairs not being pool side but who cares, we don't bring much to the pool besides ID and room key. Pool service was quick with good drinks and friendly staff. Don't listen to any of the negative ratings, people screw up and blame it on the resort, makes no sense to me, we refer to those people as Tourons, half tourist half moron. Read less

This establishment is run by Con artists, Checked in May 31st. Went to “The Scene” pool on June 1st. Paid what added up to be $300 to rent a Cabana on the “Adults only side” of the pool because it was my birthday, only for them to shut it down due to “covid testing”. A pool Attendant named Roderick said that My partner and I would be refunded our money in 3 business days and to be “accommodating” gave up these free little ass 8 ounce drinks to try to make it better. On June 4th my partner went back to the pool because it’s been 3 business days and we still didn’t have our refund. My partner was told by the pool Manager “David” that The pool Attendant Roderick gave us the wrong information and that it would in fact take 3-8 business days for us to get our refund. It’s June 14th and we have not received our refund STILL. Not only did you guys ruin my birthday but you robbed us too!! Highly do not recommend this hotel unless you make this right. Your employees are giving different information, we keep getting the run around. Nobody at this location seems to know their policy. Read less

My first trip to Las Vegas was awesome.I love the rooms. You really don't find to many hotels with separate showers. My room location wasn't that good. We were right next to the elevators. They were noisy.
