We booked two nights thru hotels.com. I was pmrasantky surprised. The SLS was upscale and modern, very clean and a nice, relaxing atmosphere compared to many of the other places. Staff was all great. Food was delicious! Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone.

We walked around and then went to check in. Booked a room in their newer tower (room is just ok- ) and called in to get a strip view room. Nope! I have a view of a parking lot and trash cans! As a travel agent I will NEVER send any clients to this resort! Stay away!!! We are here another 3 days and wish we could go someplace else!!! Read less

Came back to the room this afternoon to take a nap. Pulled back the covers on the bed and found a piece of tissue/toilet paper and a hair. Called Guest Services, who did not apologize, but said they'd send someone up. Arrived around midnight on March 12th. Go to check in and the room I booked was not available. I was told if you book with expedia it is not guaranteed. Well maybe they shouldn't sell rooms to expedia then. Was put in world tower double beds (booked king - non smoking) Got into room. Nice room. Very clean. Next day go to front desk and… Read more
Arrived around midnight on March 12th. Go to check in and the room I booked was not available. I was told if you book with expedia it is not guaranteed. Well maybe they shouldn't sell rooms to expedia then. Was put in world tower double beds (booked king - non smoking) Got into room. Nice room. Very clean. Next day go to front desk and they said a room should be ready around 3 (we would receive a call) Went touring and got back at 4:30 (thought I missed the call) Finally a room available. 26th floor Very nice and great view of the mountains. (Friends we were with also did not get the right room but were upgraded to the grand tower and got a huge and very nice room - next morning allowed to stay at no extra charge - good for them) Overall the stay at the hotel was okay. On Thursday, after getting back from grand canyon, 4 out of the 6 elevators were not working, and there was a line up to get on the elevator. Fortunately, it went pretty quickly, but disappointing. Pool was nice, prices for drinks were very expensive. Cleaning of rooms was good except on Saturday, our room was still not cleaned at 4:30 (should be done by 5) but we needed to get ready to go to dinner so just grabbed towels from maid. Umami great burgers, northside cafe great nachos, perq - ok muffins and coffee - expensive. Casino was okay as well. Would I go back to this hotel, yes. Very clean. Was great having the monorail ($5 for one ride - end to end) next to hotel and getting an $8 bus pass for 24 hours was also convenient. Read less

We decided to go the Las Vegas to celebrate my 55th birthday. I was given tickets to Celine Dion from my husband as a birthday gift. I searched for hotels online and came across the SLS Las Vegas hotel and we are very luck that we did. The hotel is clean, fresh and just far enough away from the craziness of The Strip. Our great service started before we even checked in. The ease of their website made it easy to pick the right room. We stayed in the Grand Tower of the property and were given a beautiful corner room suite. The rooms are modern and very spacious and very much to our liking. What sets this hotel apart is the level of service from everyone at every level. Every employee seems to enjoy what they do and are always willing to help. We took advantage of their Spa which was beautiful and the services were all amazing. We had the best service from Romeo Buhiti in from their concierge service who made my birthday stay a very special one from beginning to end. We would highly recommend this hotel and we look forward to going back! Read less
