We got a day pass for 15 $ with unlimited trips for a day. No Kettle ( basic facility even in smalker hotels ) or tea coffee in the rooms. No drawers to keep stuff. The only way to get some hot water to make some coffee on your own is to go all the way downstairs to the lobby which had a cafe called Prendia where you could get hot water .There is no breakfast buffet for such a big hotel and the breakfast vouchers we got served limited options in a very small crowded restaurant called Zoefflers. But the food was good and the staff were helpful. No newspaper in the lobby. But the staff at reception were very courteous. Read less

Check in desk, struggling for staff. Extremely slow and 50 people in the queue. Have been waiting 40mins and still 30 people in front of us. I have never came across this in any of my world wide travels. Won't be back in this hotel, and would definitely not recommend it

On the negative side, the decor was really ugly and nonsensical, a resort fee of nearly $60 per night added in (for something we would never use), and a nightly housekeeping gratuity is also baked in. I don't even know how much that is yet, since we haven't checked out. The gratuity wouldn't bother me so much if I were at all confident that it would get to the people doing the work. Read less

Great Location if you are attending a convention as it is a 10 min walk. Overall the food choices are decent and the room value is very good. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side and not well lit compared to the newer hotels but overall I was happy with the stay.
