We did not know what to expect upon arriving at the Strat because of very many adverse ratings but were pleasantly surprised. However, the long line trying to check in was unbelievable. The wait was about an hour. But I have nothing but good comments to make about the team I had helping me to check in. It was Jason and Shyo. They were very pleasant to work with and always smiling. The room was very clean and well attended. The servers in all the restaurants treated us like family. Can't say enough about the food either in the cafe and the buffet. Read less

Lovely hotel. Bathroom door wouldn't shut. Food is a bit pricey. Don't order room service the cost is outrageous. Very friendly and helpful employees. Room was nice. Bed comfortable. Got a deal on staying here but they forgot to tell us about $119 resort fee. This cut out any gambling we could do.

But there were many kid friendly things to do in Vegas so don’t shy away from taking a trip out to Vegas. The STRAT hotel was a great pick. But there were many kid friendly things to do in Vegas so don’t shy away from taking a trip out to Vegas. The STRAT hotel was a great pick. The staff was awesome & had a great momentum to help when needed. Check in is @ 11am however if you should need an extended check out always ask to do so for a reasonable fee. We got into Vegas from the East coast @ about 9am Pacific time. We explored around Vegas until check in time which was a 3pm Pacific time. Thankfully the hotel was able to hold on to our luggage until then! Read less
