The LINQ Hotel + Experience

The Strip, Las Vegas

The hotel

Well-connected, the name lets slip the hotel’s ‘link’ to extra food, fun and frivolity. The guestrooms are hip and high-tech, but you won’t be there much with the LINQ’s endless diversions. The centrepiece is the High Roller – the world’s tallest observation wheel, at 550-ft high it takes 30 minutes to do the full loop. You’re also ‘linked’ to an exclusive shopping, entertainment and dining promenade. And, of course, the all-essential Vegas casino. Over 21s can enjoy the pool, with nightly swims twice a week, Champagne Sundays and pool deck misting. Then there are the other decadences: the Brooklyn Bowl, a massive bowling and live music venue, and endless dining and drinking establishments, including 24-hour Hash House A Go Go, whose colossal portions featured on ‘Man v Food’.

Image of the Tripadvisor rating A Very Convenient Place to Stay

This is the second time that we have stayed here! Our room was very clean and we thought that the cleaning staff did a great job, except that we ran out of body wash. As we had our own we did not mention it! There was a solid concrete wall about 12 feet from our window so there was no view but we were only in the room to sleep. The sheer… Read more

As we had our own we did not mention it! There was a solid concrete wall about 12 feet from our window so there was no view but we were only in the room to sleep. The sheer convenience of staying here substitutes for any drawbacks! We love spending time at Carnival Court, watching the live bands, and it is situated right outside The Linq! We also like the selection of fantastic restaurants so near at hand to the hotel. The walk from the strip to the rooms is not as extensively long as at other Vegas hotels. We had to meet our tour van at the Harrah’s pickup place but we had checked at The Linq desk the day before our tour and they informed us of that. We also discovered the extensive exercise room and a spa offering lovely treatments. This hotel is reasonably priced (except for those high resort fees charged in Vegas hotels) for a mid strip location. Read less

Have stayed at many hotels on the strip and the location of The LINQ was perfect for us. Loved the fact that we could easily take the Monorail. There were a lot of restaurant options and fun things to do real close. Will definitely stay again!

The room was amazing, a mini suite. Things that I like in a room is that the bed is comfortable, the sheets are soft but crisp and the pillows perfect. This room had it all. I was so comfortable and relaxed in that bed that I sighed with contentment, out loud, twice. This bed was better than my expensive bed at home. I have had all of the best… Read more

The Linq has the friendliest most helpful staff on the strip in Vegas. The service is outstanding. The drinks flow faster than any other casinos. The casino is exceptionally clean. The table games are open and the slots are plenty and a good variety

The few suggestions we have are to relocate the toilet paper holder. As it is now you have to reach basically behind you to get it. The resort fees are steep making your nightly rates that of some of the higher end hotels. These need to come down. In The double room the beds are very tiny and not too well fitted for 2 adults. I suggest queen size not just a small double bed. Although the location is great, our next trip we will more than likely go with a different location with lower resort fees. Which Is unfortunate since we have stayed here twice. Read less
