The Palazzo is such a retreat! Love staying here for the conventions, it is connected to the sands, the rooms are just like home. Large living room, with dining table, and desk, large bedroom area, great views

Everything was fantastic! Comfortable beds, great room, best service in Vegas from bartenders, to restaurants, to casino floor cocktails, dealers. Everything was fantastic! Comfortable beds, great room, best service in Vegas from bartenders, to restaurants, to casino floor cocktails, dealers. I have only GREAT things to say and Palazzo is my favorite casino post-remodel. One thing that MUST be fixed if I am to return is the move to no longer comp premium alcohol to players. Sands is following MGM on this one, as Aria stopped comping premium alcohol along with the other MGM properties last year. BECAUSE of this we switched all our stays from Aria to Palazzo. Now Venetian/Palazzo are doing the same thing. Even MGM has softened this a bit for larger players. Venetian/Palazzo need to do the same. If someone is slow-playing 25 cent video poker at a rate of 100 hands/hour for free drinks--fine, limit their options to Absolute or Stoli, they are only producing $2-3/hour in theoretical loss. But if you have players putting $25/hand thru on $5 denominations for 500 hands/hour producing a theoretical loss of $250-$300/hour, it is smart business to comp them the Grey Goose. Read less

Cons: Room smelled like a Cooked Steak everyday. 19th Floor no food anywhere near the room. PRICE For the price you pay you expect little things: 1. Space to put items in the fridge. 2. Complimentary Bottle of water or two. 3. Two ply… Read more

Decent shower pressure, again, HARD NO. 7. The 1950's style smoke filled Casino, was disgusting. The smell was everywhere 8. The Elevators on multiple occasions waited over 20 minutes for an UP elevator from the Lobby level. I understand Vegas tries to call itself "Disney for Adults", but it is not only more expensive, but 40%+ more expensive for food and drinks. Never AGAIN ! Read less
