We’ve stated at both the Venetian and the Palazzo. Both have lovely spacious rooms. Don’t touch the mini bar though. It’s weighted and expensive. The concierge staff is top notch and all the employees help make your stay most enjoyable. Would love a coffee pot in the room. Food can be expensive. Will return.

We had an amazing stay! Every detail was beyond what we expected. The Sienna Suite was beautiful and huge! We could have stayed in the room the whole trip. We passed the gondola area and enjoyed the fun singing. We ate at the one of the Italian places there and it was delicious. Every part of our stay here was amazing.

We just stayed for one night in Luxury suite. It was very clean and comfy. We liked the suite very much, spacious and cozy. Many restaurants, cafes, and shopping shops in the hotel area. We enjoyed our stay. Recommended

I have to say for what the cost of the suites here – I am vastly vastly disappointed if not mortified. First off there are no zero none not a one umbrella at the pool. I asked and said I would happily pay and they said sorry we don’t have any umbrellas at the pool. Who does that?! More over every single bar here, including the most elegant ones,… Read more
I have to say for what the cost of the suites here – I am vastly vastly disappointed if not mortified. First off there are no zero none not a one umbrella at the pool. I asked and said I would happily pay and they said sorry we don’t have any umbrellas at the pool. Who does that?! More over every single bar here, including the most elegant ones, allow cigarette and cigar smoke. It’s disgusting. I will say the suite is very pretty however no mini fridge in the rooms – just those mini pay-for bars that if you even open the frig and anything jostles - you get charged. Also I waited 45mins in Starbucks line - wtf! And my suite key first day didn’t work. Omg. But let’s find something good! Lots of restaurants in Palazzo and connected to Venetian so easy access to 2 resorts so to speak. But even the show here blows. And we ate first night in Lavo in resort and all seafood way way over cooked. Drink at Dorsey (champagne) ruined by cigar smoke. And guacamole hella garlicky. Wow. I realize I’m struggling to find something nice to say. Again the suites are nice. But even there - I’m not loving the bed. Do love sheets though! Oh thought of something ! The gym is great !!!! Mind you - you are paying $45 a day for it but it’s lovely. K - that’s all I got ... Read less
