Celebrated my birthday in Vegas with friends and loved staying at the Palazzo. We booked a king suite with a strip view, and it was perfect! Room was very spacious with decent sized closet and dresser for storage. The bed was very comfy and the room was super quiet, which can sometimes be a rarity in Las Vegas. We’ve stayed at the Bellagio and Encore at Wynn and both agreed that the Palazzo provides best of both worlds with the spacious and beautiful room along with a more convenient location than the Encore. Will definitely stay at the Palazzo again! Read less

First time to Palazzo, having done Caesers and Bellagio, and it was great! Good hotel, staff was excellent, and everyone including and especially Andrew in Check in was great! Absolutely was a good experience and one we will do again.

Our view was pretty good. We could see the High Roller and other properties to the east and south. The room was spacious and comfortable. Our room was down at the end of the hallway, but surprisingly it's not a long hallway like other hotels and was still close to the elevators. If you drive, the parking garage is beneath the property and if you park close to the casino elevator entrance, the elevator will bring you within 50 yards of the lobby/registration area. (very close and convenient). The casino is not crowded with slot machines and has a bright open feel. If your looking for more slot machines to play; the Venetian is right next door and is connected to the the Palazzo. The Palazzo is also close to the mall for shopping if your looking for more brand name stuff. Read less

The hotel is nice and the amenities are fine. The problem I have is when we checked in they told me about a deal they were having and that I could get he suite for half the price of my regular Room. Both my wife and I thought it was an excellent deal and chose to do it only to find out when we checked out they added $75 plus a ton of additional taxes and fees to what I had already paid and said it was in up charge not a discount when I checked out. I explained how they presented it and the lady at the desk had no concern for the fact that they had swindled us. Read less
