The Venetian Resort Las Vegas

Strip, Las Vegas

The hotel

Las Vegas excels at delivering the impossible in wonderful ways. Where else can you touch down in the Mojave desert and, within 15 minutes, find yourself being serenaded on a gondola ride to St Mark’s Square? A magnificent greatest hits of Venice’s architecture and canals located in the middle of The Strip, the all-suite Venetian is probably the most romantic hotel in Vegas, so let yourself be seduced. Wonder how you ever managed to stay in anything smaller than a suite before, enjoy a meal from one of the Michelin-starred restaurants, walk hand in hand down the Grand Canal shopping esplanade or party the night away in one of the many bars and nightclubs.

Image of the Tripadvisor rating The Venetian - Not as pretty as it looks

The Venetian in Las Vegas is reputed to be a 5 star hotel...and the building is pretty, well located for The Strip, has an onsite casino and is amusing to walk through. From check in to check out, the staff was friendly and helpful. I could not recommend it more highly. The restaurants had fabulous food and drink and the conference center was awesome. I would recommend this whether for work or play

The hotel is huge, located in the north of las Vega, the hotel offer ‘sfree parking, the way to the reception is very long. Lot of walkways and shops. The vrooms, very big, not the cleanest I’ve visited in, the amenities are poor, in the last day the room wasn’t cleaned. There is a nice pool in the lobby level.

We stayed here for a few nights in July. While the hotel is huge, the rooms are equally large and lovely. Every room is a suite and just get nicer and bigger as you pay more. Most of the pools are now up and running - we sat on the shady side of the pool in the late morning which ensured we got an umbrella which was handy when the sun emerged!
