The hotel was exquisite and our stay was fun and very relaxing. I definitely would recommend the hotel and will go back again in a heartbeat. The staff and dealers were all gracious and fun made winning that much more exciting.

Excellent service and ambience. Food is also top notch. Won't stay anywhere else. The staff are supere friendly and helpful. I found the price of drinks a little pricey at the Bars, but well worth it for the location

Hotel is in a great location. The hotel is huge and has everything you need in there eg. restaurants, cafés, designer shops and shows. Weekend room rates are expensive however rooms are beautiful and clean. The buffet is good value for money and food is really good.

We were delighted by our first 3 nights So we extended our stay by another night. We checked in around 11 pm and the front desk employee had a nasty attitude and was annoyed by the fact that we were booked thru hotwire and told us we either have to wait an hour to check in or pay full price. We ended up paying the full price thru Wynn and asked about a possible upgrade ( free or paid) as this would be our final night. Both guests checking in to my right and left were greeted by friendly employees who offered complementary upgrades or other paid upgrades. Our check in employee said the resort was fully booked and there are absolutely no rooms available at either tower suites or regular rooms. We ended up going up to our room and saw that the touch control panel did not work, there were pubic hair in towels, and lube all over the glass tabletop by the bedside. After falling asleep for 2 hours we were awoken by loud plumbing noises at 5 am and once again at 7 am by the same broken touch control panel that was beeping until we left early ( 5 hours ahead of schedule due to the noise ). Once we addressed our concern to the hotel manager, he said there is nothing he can do, and was not apologetic about the situation at all and only offered a comped resort fee and insinuated that we shouldn’t return to the Wynn next time if we had a problem with him or our experience and that he was not going to correct our situation or apologize as we did not come down to the front desk at 5 am to request maintenance. We have video documentation of the whole situation (35th floor ada accessible room) Read less

It is difficult to decide what I liked best. The restaurants and bars, the casino or the golf course. Maybe it was the ability to do all of the above without leaving the facility. The wives loved the shops and the spa. Overall a wonderful experience.
