Phenomenal hotel operated by TOP NOTCH Professionals. I fell in love with Treasure Island over 9 years ago. My 1st visit here was during R/R while I was fulfilling an Individual Augmentee assignment in Iraq. I haven’t stayed at any other establishment since. Why; because the hospitality Treasure Island extends each visit unadulterated and genuine. Now and days I bring my family along and trust me there’s always something for my, wife, boys and I to enjoy. I typically arrive at Treasure Island at 0300 (3AM). The valet staff and bell hop crew are always alert, prompt, and polite (from arrival to check out). The concierge/desk staff have consistently ensured my checks in were courteous and expeditiously. Oh and did I mention, I always call the VIP Service desk aprox 1/2 hour prior to my arrival and my calls are always welcomed with politeness and gratitude. Now and days I don’t get to visit the casino upon arrival because my sons 8yo and 3yo are always excited to get into the jacuzzi in the hotel room but when I do get to partake in the adult gaming entertainment in the casino I’m never disappointed. Great atmosphere always, and even better payouts ;). On my most recent visit a patron won $10K on a dollar bet, how awesome is that! Nothing but love and loyalty to TI casino, oh the avengers is great for kids 3 and up. My boys love the set up. Looking forward to my next visit...tentative Memorial Day but no later than the 4th of July. On this visit My wife and I will escape from the boys (aunt and uncle visit lol) and enjoy a show, something I’ve never done in the past. Thank you T.I. for what you are, my beloved Vegas oasis! Stayed here from Feb 20 to 23rd and although it was one of the more reasonably priced hotels - the tiny rooms are definitely showing their age. There is a stale smell in the rooms, hallways and carpets which are not allergy friendly :(. Difficult to view the strip as there is a dark covering on the outside of the window. There also are alot of hidden resort fees and taxes everywhere in Vegas that drive the prices up. There aren’t good deals in Vegas anymore. Read less

I had won a two night stay at Treasure Island Hotel at a travel agent show. So we came to try it out, as it was our first time staying at Treasure Island. I was prepared for the free self parking, but I found out that the valet parking was free also (if you're staying there?). OK! My girlfriend doesn't walk so well, so we got a wheelchair for her during our stay. We were in a big suite (room 32-050), which had a big table, 2 chairs, a sofa, TV, A/C, and small fridge in the living room area. There was a half bath there, too. In the bedroom, was a king bed, another TV and A/C control, and a dressing room. This dressing room connected the two full bathrooms in the bedroom. One had a shower only, while the other had a bathtub. The electronic safe was at waist level in this dressing room. There were 2 robes in the dressing room, also. We liked the view, and the fact they had separate elevators for the high floors. But we didn't like the evidence of the greed of Las Vegas operators, which was evidenced by the fact there was a coffee maker, but when you read the sign by it, you found out the coffee was $5 per package, and if you even picked up anything in that area, you would be charged. Come on -- even cheap motels give you free coffee. And when I went out to the vending machine in the hall to buy a $2 bag of chips, I used my credit card, and found out I was charged $3 for the privilege of using my credit card. We ate at the breakfast buffet, and thought it was very good. I had never had coddled eggs before, but they had them, so I tried them. The layout was quite stretched out, and my girlfriend missed a whole section, because she didn't go far enough. We really liked the mojitos at the Mojito Bar (in the Seafood Shack). They were the best mojitos we had had in a long time. But the mojito bar only opens in the late afternoon. We ate in the steak house for my girlfriend's birthday, and had a good meal. And we found the Mystère show interesting, if a bit hard to understand. I really miss the battle with the pirate ship that they used to have outside, years ago. All the service we got was good, and we would stay here again. Read less

I had excellent experience with reception, no queues at all with check-in or checkout. Room was nice and big, and had good views towards Strip. Had good bed and excellent sleep. Hotel lobby has good selection of different restaurants.
