We love this hotel well located on the Las Vegas Strip, across from the Venetian. Even though we had a remodeled room, we did not give 5 stars because they forgot to clean the A/C vents that they had left all dirty filthy full of dust. Nasty! We were given a BOGO voucher to dine at their buffet but pls. do not go there. It is disgusting. Nothing… Read more

Definitely comfy beds - the pool is not family friendly ( too much alcohol being served, cigarette buts everywhere) - overpriced everything in resort ( most expensive CVS) - fast check in machine help - but not accurate ( we had booked a room for 3 and machine suggested room with king bed for 2 people only) -would not go back

Easy check-in. Great location. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Good food--we really enjoyed The Coffee Shop, Corner Market Buffet, and the Seafood Shop. Friendly, helpful staff--very accommodating. The free parking is a real plus.

We were told we could get a single bed as a courtesy!!! Had to call twice to get bed linen for the second child so she could sleep on the sofa. Pool is freezing and no umbrellas are available. … Read more

We were told we could get a single bed as a courtesy!!! Had to call twice to get bed linen for the second child so she could sleep on the sofa. Pool is freezing and no umbrellas are available. The hotel is happy to let kids burn in the sun unless you pay a ridiculous amount of money for a day bed. Not one smile from any of the staff during our stay. Will not return to this hotel. Read less
