Vdara Hotel & Spa at ARIA Las Vegas

Strip, Las Vegas

The hotel

Designed for those who want to tap into the energy and excitement of Las Vegas but would prefer to enjoy it from an exclusive, non-gaming and smoke-free resort, Vdara is one of few hotels in Vegas not to house a casino. What you get instead is a cosmopolitan, all-suite hotel that feels blissfully private despite being in the heart of the action. The cutting-edge pool is surrounded by private retreats, semi-private plunge pools and cabanas; there’s a world-class spa and salon, and you are a few short minutes away from a dizzying range of dining, shopping and entertainment options, so you’ll never be short of things to do. The Vdara really is an oasis in the desert.

Beautiful and fast service i would love to go back. I highly recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean and the workers are really helpful in any question you may have. Does not smell like cigarettes at all.

Upon arrival was told info that I was given by staff was not documented for a food/beverage credit. When I provided name/date was told that that person wouldn't offer that deal. Was made to feel like I was a liar. That didn't sit well with me as that is as far from the truth as possible. Couch in the suite beyond worn. If offered for free no one would take! Suite was a kitchen yet no silverware, dishes, paper towels etc. 3rd night no maid service when we arrived back to our room at 4pm to relax before heading back out. At one time this was most likely a top notch property but heading down hill as fast as a moving locomotive. Run! Read less

With an extra bedroom and kitchenette it was just perfect. The rooms are awesome, safe, clean. There is no casino so no smoke around. I think it’s a perfect place for families with kids. Aria casino is just about 20 steps walk once you are out from the lobby. It’s amazing. Read less

Although the hotel room was comfortable, it's missing a few things that you would think common sense would. Everything you get at a hotel is usually free, but here, the resort fee alone is not worth it. So defininately, this hotel is targeted to business people, not for pleasure. The resort fee is charged for things that no one really needs: unlimited toll free and local calls, online newspapers, notary public, wi-fi on the entire property, printing your airline ticket.....okaaaayyyyyyy....half that stuff you have already. Is that worth $45 a night? Nope. They have a kitchenette, with no utinsels, plates, cups, not even a darn napkin roll...nothing. You have to request those items. I like to make my own coffee, but you have to pay to have them bring a coffee maker to your room and they charge by the day. I think the rate for another hotel that contains all the regular amenities is worth staying at if you're there for fun and relaxation. I had to try this hotel, but ended up not happy. Find another place on the strip that gives you the same stuff for less. Read less

Loved the room & view I highly recommend the fountain view room. Also word of advice if you plan on bringing food make sure you bring cooking utensils because they’re not supplied in the room so my food went to waste lol.
