This hotel was recommended when traveling with children. NO!! Stay somewhere else, anywhere else!! Upon entering our room we noticed the room seemed dirty and had an awful smell. Some of the furniture was also missing. Upon calling for a room change, the offered room had no furniture, only beds. The a/c in one of our adjoining rooms did not work. This hotel is located on the end of the strip. For your future stay, pick a hotel on the other end! This hotel was not cheap, but poorly managed. Masks were recommended not required. Masks were seldom seen on visitors. Some restaurants and stores were closed. Starbucks was open for a cup of coffee! No coffee in the room or vending machine. The pool area is a skywalk away from the hotel. The kiddos had fun. We had a cabana which helped in the intense sun. The food truck was not open and no outside food/drink is allowed in the pool area. A waitress would happen by so a snack and water or drink could be ordered. The streets of Vegas were dirty and crowded with people. The outside areas smelled of marijuana and garbage. I never saw a taxi once! We tried to have dinner is a few restaurants that were open. We were not allowed to be served because we were too many (four grown-ups and three children) or the restaurant had closed at 8:00pm. Many stores were also closed. The famous fountains of the Bellagio and the volcano at the Mirage were closed. Since Vegas had cancelled fireworks at Cesars Palace we were hoping for some sort of celebration with fountains or a volcano. Vegas was not the city that never sleeps. I will acknowledge our stay was July 4, 2020 and the city had been open for three days. Thank goodness it was only overnight. Please read recent reviews if you are planning a trip to Las Vegas or an overnight stay there. Read less

The staff at this location are the least helpful and most miserable looking people I've ever experienced in a hotel. Nearly every question I asked was answered with "I don't know" or "that's not my area." Checking in took 90 minutes, the room was dirty, my request for additional pillows was ignored, most of the food was bland or outright inedible, and cocktail service in the casino was almost non-existent. The pool and adventuredome were okay, but poorly staffed and overcrowded. I wish they put a tighter cap on how many people can be in those spaces at one time, especially with covid on the rise. The pool area has three waterslides (nothing super exciting), 2 pools, and a splashpad. I would suggest staying elsewhere and just visiting with kids for the adventuredome. The day pass for the pool area is $20, but it's not really worth it in my opinion. There are bigger water parks in LV/Henderson for just a few bucks more. Read less

I asked for towels and I didn’t get them. Had to be placed on hold for thirty minutes then they sent one thing at a time. Then I had to call for service was informed that during check in I was given a piece of paper that stated that you have to ask for service in order for them to clean your room. Which by the way was never given to me. Spoke… Read more

Which by the way was never given to me. Spoke with manager Rosario which was worthless and didn’t fix anything other than create more mis trust because I asked them to clean my room only to be told I have to be out of the room. They had all day to clean and now they can’t vacuum, make the bed and empty the trash? I said I will do it my self. I ended up vacuuming my own room and cleaning my own stuff. Never again will I stay here. Worst place ever. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere where you will be respected. Read less

Our room was located on the 15th floor. We had a king size bed that sagged in the middle. The toilet ran continuously, the sink wouldn't drain and the safe wouldn't open. The only plus was housekeeping, who did an excellent job - as well as maintenance who were in our room till 2am fixing the bathroom issues. All of the employees are great....but the casino as a whole looks sad and tired. The ceilings are low in the casino area, making the place dark and dank. We did like the buffet and Neil's restaurant for a quick bowl of chili and a salad. The place is too far away from the main casinos on the strip where all the entertainment and shows are. Read less
