I questioned security guard, the lady at the door, a lifeguard who stopped to listen, and then the “supervisor”, none of whom seemed to care about the 3 month old puppy standing on the ground at the pool area (not near the water). If my 35 year old crusty ass feet can’t withstand the temperature, I'm sure that this puppy’s soft paw pads were… Read more

If my 35 year old crusty ass feet can’t withstand the temperature, I'm sure that this puppy’s soft paw pads were burning as it awaited shelter from the sun. “Animal friendly” my a$$. “Yesterday, they had her in shade”… what shade? In addition to everything else that is scrappy about this hotel, this tops the list. Read less

This hotel needs a complete renovation. The bathroom water for the shower never turned off. The Shower wall had 2 weird black spots on it .The chair had fuzz balls on it, I never sat in it. I was completely scared to even sleep in the bed. The only good part is downstairs in the casino part.

Like someone hiting something so hard that even the water was moving in the bathtube. It cointinued for 30 min then stoped. Again we started to hear some people talking on the corridor and then again hiting voices from downstairs at 2 am. Thankfully we got a free upgrade at the reception to the 8th floor from the 1st cause after this night we started to look for info about this hotel and we learnt that there was a murdurer in room 123, other cases and people ,,accidentaly" felling off from the windows. Some strange activity in this hotel. Read less

Buildings dilapidated, stains on floors, rooms smelt heavy of cigarettes and pot. Wall paper pealing and stains on walls. Took 45min to check in. The buffet food was very pricy for what tasted like frozen food. Our room had been smoked in smelt heavily of pot, and a plastic bag was wrapped around the fire alarm, called front desk asking for so room freshener and to have the fire alarm checked and plastic removed. Front desk said they'd send someone right away. Also wanted it on record we did not smoke in our non smoking room, no one ever came and we left with plastic still on fire alarm. Asked to have our room cleaned (Mostly for fresh towels and trash removed) put the door hanger on door, found door hanger on our floor and nothing done in our room. Numerous employees approached us trying to upsell into a membership or whatever else they were selling. 3 fast food restaurants located within, late one night we went to DQ, stall bread, soggy french fries, extremally slow service. Highly over priced for such a run down, trashy place. They only good thing I can say is the bed was comfy, and sheet clean. The throw blanket was dingy with stains. Read less

This hotel was terrible. It was so disgusting I was scared to sleep there. I was considering cancelling my reservation and finding a motel to stay at. The bathroom was moldy and the wallpaper was peeling up everywhere. The entire hotel smelled of cigarettes and hookah. I felt greasy just walking through the lobby.
