We went there for attending the Sema Show 2019. Poor services, staffs at the front desk were not friendly and not helpful. Filthy carpet, had problem with key card for 2 days in a row and staffs talked to us poorly.

The hotel is on the other end of the Vegas strip so its a good long walk. Free parking. The wait to check in was very long. We waited like 1hr or more to check in after a long flight. The room keys would sometimes not work and it wouldn't open the elevator to get to your room floor & the room wouldn't open your room door i had to call the front desk so they could call the security to come up & open the door & give me new keys. I have stayed at the CIRCUS CIRCUS in Reno, and the rooms were way better and I only paid one Security Deof $50. This experience was very Ratchet!!
