I found the bar staff on the casino floor to be rude at times. The pool was nice on the 8th floor & the staff were friendly. The food was average in the restaurants. When booking we didn’t realize that it’s not that close to the strip, so a lot of Ubers & Taxies needed to be taken to get into town. The reception staff were friendly. They refunded us some of our resort fees when the hotel did not have hot water on one of our nights of stay. Read less

that was not disclosed when we booked it. Disappointed in our stay on so many levels. This was a first trip for one of our travelers and our first stay here. Started with the check in process. VERY slow but will give them benefit of doubt as we were checking in early with all the guests checking out. Plus was they had a room ready for us that morning. Room was very clean and quiet. Never heard any one in room next to us. Minus -Very quiet casino, wasn't a lot off activity at this one compared to the others we went to throughout our stay. Our TV or WiFi NEVER worked during our stay. This was a service that was being provided to justify the resort fee along with pools (which were closed for the season). We notified the front desk the first night of our stay. Maintenance arrived about an hour (around 10:30 pm) or so later only to tell us the hotel was changing vendors for cable and wifi. Informed us our room had not been updated yet. Front desk said they would see about moving our room but never received a call from them the next day. We we went back to the front desk that night (11:30 pm) again about it. They offered to put us in another room (we refused due to time of day) but at that point we would be leaving in two days so kind of no point to move rooms over half way through our stay. Hotel did try to make it right by comping a breakfast and refunding a portion of the fee. The only reason we cared about TV was for local news/weather and my husband needed the noise to go to sleep otherwise we wouldn't have cared. Retail part of the hotel was very lacking. Very few stores and a McDonalds that seemed to just make up their hours. Didn't close at the same time two nights in a row. Breakfast buffet was okay but a little lacking given expense. They seemed to be short-staffed everywhere. Again, benefit of doubt, maybe it was because of the timing we were moving through each time. Over all decor of hotel was nice obvious recent update to carpet and interior, location was okay if you want to be between the strip and Freemont Street. Area appears to being trying to revitalize but still not cleaned up enough yet. Would love to see the hotel purchase the adjacent rundown properties to add to there property as it is one of the smaller Vegas casinos. Read less

Just returned from this hotel which from the outside looks great. Once you wonder in it was a different story the smell of smoke is overwhelming. 🥰 Check in was hard work as you were just pressured to be given a room up grade for $100 on top of your booking or you was told that you would be given a very basic room which has not been renovated. So you was left thinking on the first point of arrival that the room you would getting would be non liveable. 😩 The room even thou we paid over $600 dollars for a week was underwhelming on the 18 floor which was suppose to be none smoking but all you could smell was weed...which at some points was over powering. ☹️ The pool was on the 8th floor which was a building site and closed and also the roof pool was closed as well so both pools were out of order. Wasn’t told about this on check in or by booking.com so was very disappointed and would expect money off the fees if these areas are not open. 😤 The cafe was bad when visited and placed a separate review. The tower bar was ok but not overall wow factor. 😏 Overall would I stay again NO, for the overall cost of the hotel plus taxis you would be getting upto the strip I would stay at one if the main hotels at least you would get a pool, non pressured room selling and the non weed smoking smell. Overall - sorry 1 non glowing star ⭐️ Read less

They said they can give me a refund but where would I get another room at the last minute. This is very unprofessional and shows that they dont vaule bookings or customers. So i'd say be careful what you book because when you arrive it may not be "so called" available. My speculation is, I got a awesome rate for the suite, but now the week that Im here, Trump is in town, a boxing match is in town and the rates increased for those events so they booted my room....just crazy Read less
