Otherwise you will be in for a very long walk. Each time we went somewhere it cost $15-30 depending on the time of day. Also the area directly around the hotel is not the best. Our first day at the hotel we had reservations for the Top of the World Restauarant. We were so excited for this and thought it was going to be one of the highlights to our trip. But when we walked up to the desk they informed me they closed the restaurant due to a power outage. We planned our whole day around this meal and was terribly disappointed. Only other issue was the tub and sink barely drained. On the brighter side, the rooms were clean, staff was friendly, casino was nice and I enjoyed the Starbucks, McDonalds, and little shops that it had. The rides at top of the tower were great and scared the crap out of all of us. The views were amazing. I can't say I would recommend staying at this hotel. The other hotels we walked through seemed just as nice and closer to the activities you want to see on the strip. And the restaurant canceling our reservation and not informing us sooner put a damper on everything. Read less

The express check in machines didn't recognize me. When I went to the front desk because my key card wouldn't work, I wasn't even acknowledged for several minutes even though there were extra staff present. The express machines were not on in the morning. They only had one agent checking out in morning so it was taking awhile. I ended up just doing it online. Room great Customer Service needs improvement Read less

The staff seem to be over worked and underpaid, from valet, the gra, and front desk. Franco who's assignment was to assist the self check-in. At 5pm all three kiosks did not have any keys in the machines. As Franco refilled the machines he was very short and rude, as if the guest was getting on his nerves. First he refused to help even tho we had already checked in, but no keys dispensed of course. Then you made keys that did not work for a room in the north tower. When we came back for him to correct the problem he REFUSED and ushered us to another line. When we got back to the room with keyes that worked the room was dirty. Went back to front desk and the manager on duty acted like she did us a favor by giving us a clean room. The rooms are dated and they could careless if the guest are happy or not. Im a Vegas native and I was embarrassed. I will never ever recommended this place again. We are still in a pandemic with this virus and they checked us into a room that was not santized at all. Anywhere else is better than this dump!! Read less

On an emergency basis, we had to rent a room fast. I did not have time to read reviews as I normally do. If you want cheap with minimal amenities then this is your place. I only stayed one night and actually left early with no refund of the next day's stay. Rooms are small, decor is blah and bathroom was standard. Reasons why I would not stay again; - Rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. I did ask for non smoking. - Not as clean as expected. Toilet had stains on inside seat. - Bedding. 2 queen beds and both had no fitted sheets. The comfortable did not has a duvet. Just gross. - You can hear everything. 12th floor and I can hear the casino slots bing all night. Plus the conversations outside my door. The good; - Girl at the counter seems to genuinely care about my feelings and was polite. -Free parking. Oh I also forgot to mention the resort fee is a joke 40+ a night for no amenities worth using.
