This property hypes its Italian architecture, Grand Canal Shops, gondola rides along the canal, and a make-believe authentic Italian experience-quite an illusion! It is all about esthetics here, not service at all. Overall, the check-in process was a headache. Besides an overall lack of courtesy and friendliness, the staff seemed poorly trained in hospitality. It was suggested I upgrade to the Palazzo Tower where it is quieter at check-in, and I did. The worst thing was the Check-In clerk made me take a long trek with my suitcase and carry-on across the Venetian Resort Hall to the Palazzo Guest Suites instead of calling a bellhop to assist me-ridiculous! A venue for a great super spreader event, the Palazzo had the majority of its patrons not wearing masks, especially considering COVID spikes in the Las Vegas area. The Palazzo staff could learn a lot from the classic, excellent quality service the Bellagio, their competitor down the street offers. Food was delivered late from In-House Dining twice-pathetic! The "Braised Beef Lasagna" was dry, the beef trashy, and the appearance was just outright unattractive. I never even received a receipt for it as the clerk ran out after I signed the bill-shame! A staff member even told me "The truth is, Vegas isn't back to full operation yet." But I paid for service! Whatever happened to service, regardless of whether it is during a pandemic or not? I took my own water, juices, and sodas because I didn't need to waste money on overpriced beverages stocked in a refrigerator. I made these folks aware I was reviewing the property as I have done on TripAdvisor for international and domestic properties I have stayed at and they didn't even care. I upgraded to the Palazzo and was terribly disappointed.😫😫😫😫😫😫 Read less

This place was beyond AMAZING…..from food places, escape rooms there’s even a tattoo shop. This was our first time on Vegas and it won’t be our last. Grand Lux was so amazing we ate it twice during our stay. Starbucks was located next to the elevators for convenience, we will HIGHLY recommend The Palazzo to our friends back home.

Palazzo is a very nice place to stay in Las Vegas. It is centrally located in the Strip. You can just walk along the Strip and have some fun. The hotel rooms are very clean and nice and the service is great. The cocktail service is always there if you want something to drink.

Our family of 4 ( 2 middle school aged kids) stayed at the palazzo in july. The hotel was clean, beautiful and spacious. The staff at check in was lovely. Our only issue ( and we encountered this at every meal) was finding food. We were willing to pay for overpriced food but finding a restaurant without a one hour wait was the issue . We did our best to avoid the lines , going at off times, during the week , and calling ahead to try and make reservations but nothing seemed to help. We could handle this at lunch and dinner but the morning was especially painful as I really like a cup of coffee first thing in the morning. No coffee in the room meant finding a place nearby for a cup. Our best option was the Illy coffee shop , we were able to score 2 coffees and 4 bagel sandwiches for about $70 or so , with only a 20 minute wait at 8:40 am on a Tuesday. I would recommend bringing a cooler with cold brew coffee, bottled waters, and a few snacks for the room. This may save you a caffeine headache and hundreds of dollars. You’re welcome! Read less
