Everything was amazing. I needed a room with a piano and they got it ready pretty much the same day I asked. Anything less than a 5 star review would be malicious on my part. I also had a little problem with an additional fee on my account and I let them know and they fixed it right away. Waved the additional fee and then also waved the hotel… Read more

You won't get that type of service anywhere. Read less

The hotel was extremely clean and had many hand sanitizer stations throughout along with thermal scanners. They were very courteous when reminding you to have your mask on. The pool area was very nice and very clean. I checked in online and was able to unlock my room from my phone which was very convenient.

Beautiful hotel, felt very safe and clean in regards to Covid 19 protection. Well appointed suite with everything you could possibly need including Covid protection kits (masks, sanitizers). Love being able to go back and forth from Venetian to Palazzo, feels like a visit to Italy!

My wife and I decided to try the Palazzo for our ten year anniversary and we really enjoyed our stay! A big thanks to Karen at the front desk who helped us find a room that would be perfect for our preferences. She also did a great job of explaining the layout of the hotel, what restaurants were open, and answering any other questions we had. Our room was fantastic and we appreciated how committed the housekeeping and casino staff were to cleaning during this COVID situation. We really enjoyed most of the roulette and craps dealers we interacted with (most of them were witty, but patient and helpful if you had any questions). Additionally, we loved the vibe of the casino floor. When traveling to Vegas, I think it's important to understand what type of crowd each casino caters to. My wife and I, in particular, don't much care for the very loud and boisterous crowds, so we tend to stay away from casinos that might cater to the 20-30 year old age group. Palazzo was perfect for us in that regard as the casino floor had a calmer vibe to it (even compared to the Venetian which was a bit more crowded and definitely louder, but still very nice). I am not criticizing those folks that are a bit louder. We all come to Vegas to unwind from work and life obligations, and we all have fun in different ways. So, I think its best to just know what YOU are looking for and find a casino that has that vibe. Additionally, we really appreciated the security presence. In all my Vegas trips, I can't think of any other hotel with that much of a security presence, including a noticeable amount of K-9's which I imagine is to keep drugs and that type of element off the property. Much appreciated! My wife and I agreed that we will stay at the Palazzo moving forward....no need to try different casinos each time as we had been doing previously. COVID note: During our stay, we visited four casinos and Palazzo was definitely most committed to safety. The discreet temperature sensors at each door gave us peace of mind and the folks on the casino floor did as good of a job as you can realistically do to keep things sanitary. Just like the other casinos, not all restaurants were open yet, but there was still enough open between the Palazzo and the Venetian to have some quality options. We tried "Cut" and "Chica" and I would definitely go back to each. If you go to "Cut", try the Mexican street corn side...wow...even better than the quality steak! Thanks for a great stay Palazzo staff! Read less
