Stayed there during Christmas season.. Location of the hotel is great, very close to the Strip, tons of things going around, you will never run out of activities. Value for money, we got a 1for 1 promotion so it was really cool. Had a great stay!

Our room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the strip. Nice amenities with a mini fridge and hair dryer. No coffee maker but there is a Starbucks and coffee shop downstairs. We received a two for one coupon for the buffet. Nice food and plenty of variety. We were offered a free bottle of champagne because we were celebrating a birthday. Very nice touch. We love the location on the strip. Easy walk to Caesars Palace, Wynn, Venetian, Mirage etc. There is a CVS attached for snacks, souvenirs and beer. You can access the Fashion Show Mall from a walkway from the hotel. Fantastic shopping and a great food court there. Also a Walgreens, Denny’s and McDonalds across the street. Every convenience close by. We’re already planning next years visit. I would recommend Treasure Island to anyone. We had a great stay. Read less

We chose Treasure Island over Caesars Palace (where we stayed last year and had a fabulous experience) due to wanting to try somewhere different. Having travelled from the UK to San Francisco, then driven for 9 hours to Las Vegas, the last thing myself, my husband or our children needed, appreciated or deserved was a rude, short tempered, sarcastic and unhelpful reception at check in, but Shanique made sure we recieved just that! This woman is possibly the first person you may encounter on your arrival to Treasure Island, and she certainly does her best to give this hotel a bad name. We walked away from checking in feeling angry, unwelcomed and wishing we'd booked Caesars instead as the staff on check in over there actually know the correct way to meet and greet guests to their hotel. Perhaps Shanique could do with being taken off reception where she has to converse with guests, and be given a role somewhere else within the hotel that wouldn't require her to deal with paying customers. Unfortunately, Shanique has put us off ever booking Treasure Island again, which is a shame as everything else was absolutely spot on. Read less

Enjoyed staying on this end of the strip. Conveniently located & connected to other great casinos and shopping as well. We has a great view of the Strip & a nice surprising view of the volcano erupting at the Mirage! We could actually hear & feel vibrations from the eruption!

Finally one room is ready, they gave us one room and said another room will be longer to clean so at that point our kids were so tired, we took it. Then when we went to the room, the room had not cleaned or touched. We ended up leaving the hotel. No apology has made and they said it is not their fault. We booked hotel rooms a month before thru Treasure island hotel. I called them in the morning confirming we are going to arrive late. This is not acceptable and i never seen how unprofessional like them. I do not recommend to stay there. You will find better hotels around there with compatible rate. Read less
