Terribly long line for check in at the front desk and only 2 associates working the counter. We waited for over 35 minutes to check in at midnight on a Thursday night. I asked 2 different associates working on the floor where the lobby was and neither one could direct me. Enter training and resource planning required for a much smoother guest… Read more

The room was very clean and comfortable well stocked and fresh feeling. Housekeeping was the star of this hotel visit. Restaurant hours didn’t work for me, they were always closed when I was ready to eat. but it’s Vegas and there is always something somewhere, I didn’t end up, eating in the hotel! I’ve visited Las Vegas probably a dozen times, in the past 10 years, the entertainment this trip, was to drive around the area. I had never rented a car in Vegas! Once off the strip and downtown, the area is easy to navigate. Hoover Dam is cooler than you think! I also visited Death Valley and Red Rock Canyon ( I skipped the ($15) 12 mile scenic loop) and just continued to drive aimlessly... just breathtakingly beautiful... All easy, scenic, drives. The ride back, is just as pretty as the ride out! Read less

This was the worst stay, experiance, and time I have had in Vegas ever. I will never stay in Treasure island and you shouldn't either especially with kids. I found shards of methamphetamine under the vanity also for the 1000 dollars I spent there were holes in the wall drugs and old food under the vanity. Worst hotel in Vegas hands down.

Our room was okay. We were on the 31st floor but not a good view. The shower was awful. It was like it didn’t have a shower head. The resort was not available to enjoy but we were not refunded the resort fees. I was under the impression we would have an exercise room. I brought my workout clothes. We were not informed that we would not have access… Read more

We stayed at TI from December 28 until January 2. It was a fantastic place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the strip from the 30th floor. We ate at the Seafood Shack and were well pleased with the food, margaritas, and service. We plan on staying there again in the future.
