Having read some of the reviews I was concerned about our stay but was very pleasantly surprised. Amongst the craziness of The Strip this hotel was a very pleasant and peaceful surprise. Love the closeness of everything but feeling like this is a quiet oasis in a great location. Check in was good if a little confused about our benefits. We were staying on an American Express FHR package but also as a Hilton Honors Diamond Member. Loved our large refurbished room. Other than the overly complicated lighting the room was very comfortable, especially the large tub. Also loved the entry way and closet area. Breakfast was excellent and service was professional and attentive. We loved the bar and a great place for a cocktail. The bar tenders seemed a little over whelmed. Pool area was great and an oasis in the middle of Vegas. Service was a little inconsistent and servers seemed overwhelmed, even though they weren’t that busy. We are returning to Vegas in July and had booked this hotel and the Aria..,.,we have now cancelled the Aria. Overall a great choice, Read less

My husband, daughter and I went to Vegas for my birthday and Mother’s Day, primarily to see a couple of shows and enjoy fine dining. We were unfortunately late to our first dinner reservation as our room wasn’t ready till over an hour after check in. Once our room was ready our luggage didn’t arrive till another 20 min later. We were graciously offered a $100 food and beverage credit for our inconvenience. On our final day we ordered breakfast from Zen Cafe (whom didn’t get the order correct in the kitchen and delayed our already 40 min wait for take away breakfast by another 15 min), expecting our cost to be covered by our credit. To our surprise, there was not a room credit attached to our account nor a note made about it. Why offer something for an inconvenience to create another one? ALSO- my husband surprised me with spa services and revealed that he made reservations at check in, confirming the date and time. I was so excited. However, when I got to the spa the reservation was not found in the computer. Really? However, the spa attendant asked what the service was for and quickly found the most amazing massage therapist for me. The spa had it together and they were able to quickly ensure my time would be lovely. Thank you for that. Unfortunately for my husband, I asked for a different service than he originally booked that was quite a bit more money than he planned. That was my mistake and he wasn’t upset because it was my weekend. He just wished the spa received the reservation correctly to avoid the mishap. Last, some things were slow. Getting an item such as a toothbrush from the front took over 30 minutes. On a good note, the bellmen and attendants at the front door were awesome. As mentioned, the folks in the spa were fantastic, too. Everyone was really nice and welcoming and our room was well cleaned and lovely. I’m assuming the hiccups were due to it being a busy weekend and perhaps being short staffed? I don’t know but I hope it gets worked out. Read less

Registered guest was added onto stay during check in and I was assured there would be no issues with the room or guest access even with the 2 separate reservations. Room key quit working around 8 am on last day of stay and staff wouldn't reprogram keys and held registered guess in the lobby and called security on them. Hotel staff didn't bother getting ahold of account owner to clarify the situation and treated registered guest as if they were criminals. Bath tub drain was also defective and not fixed despite multiple requests. Read less
