We used to stay here frequently when this was a Mandarin property. It has lost all of its previous greatness and is now less than mediocre. We used to stay here frequently when this was a Mandarin property. It has lost all of its previous greatness and is now less than mediocre. Checkin was promised and confirmed with Amex Centurion as 12.30. I had lunch and went shopping when room was not available and checked again at 14.00. Since person was waiting for my in suite massage they put me "temporarily" in a lesser room at that time. When I checked again at around 17.30 room was still not available. It finally became available at around 20.00. Room eventually was fine but with noticeable lack of maintenance. My suite had a catering kitchen but not one glass or cup or bit of tableware. It was the same with the in room bar. The next day I tried to find lunch only to find that nothing (including room service) was available. Consequently I ordered Uber Eats only to find that they refused to deliver it to my room. Since I was working and unable to go search the food out I had them throw it away. Note that when I wanted breakfast they would not take my order by phone and forced me to use an online app. Though I am certain that these issues are due to difficulty that we all are having finding enough qualified staff, they should not pretend to have a hotel if they cannot fulfill basic guest requests. What was once a 5 star property is now a joke of hostel. Read less

This hotel was excellent. I did not have a remodeled room, but it was still very nice. If I absolutely had to nitpick anything, it would be that all of the lights and curtains are controlled by buttons in multiple parts of the room, and the lettering had been rubbed off on them all, so I had to figure that out - but it wasn’t difficult. If I absolutely had to nitpick anything, it would be that all of the lights and curtains are controlled by buttons in multiple parts of the room, and the lettering had been rubbed off on them all, so I had to figure that out - but it wasn’t difficult. However, I was on an upper floor that they haven’t gotten to, yet… but will be remodeled soon. Even without having a newly remodeled room, everything was still nice, and I absolutely LOVED the instant hot shower water. I’ve stayed in a few other of the “high end” hotels like the Delano, Bellagio, and Trump… and I can’t say I remember them even having that feature, but don’t quote me on that. It is not a hotel with a casino, which was a huge plus to me. I enjoy gambling a small amount, but not having the casino means this hotel is MUCH more quite, and MUCH less busy. Super laid back. The staff were all super polite and attentive. Finally, having the CVS a literal 60 second walk away from the doors is another huge bonus. If you’re like me and grab snacks and water to keep in the room from there versus buying in your hotels, it’s a massive relief to not carry bags and a gallon of water for a 1 mile walk back to your room. A solid A+ overall, and will be an A++ when I come back and get a remodeled room, because I 100% will be back. Read less

Customer service was superior, shout out to the front desk staff and Jared at the pool. In my opinion, the value of the room is not worth the $700/night that we paid. We choose the WA, as we had a work meeting at this location. The hotel has not been rebranded, and is still dark marble and dark walls. (from the Mandarin Oriental) There are a lot of nice features in the room, like automated curtains, in bathroom TV, however things did not work or were not labeled, so we had a hard time distinguishing what the 12 plus levers in the room were used for, as the writing on them had worn off. The in bathroom TV did not work, as we were told that the hotel was in the process of rebranding (no evidence of this). There was paint peeling in the bathroom, which made me think that mold may be growing. The rooms were very spacious! A lot of closet space and drawer space. A refrigerator was also in the room. We liked the location, and really appreciated that there was not a casino in this hotel. I would stay again if the rates were less. Read less

This by far has been one of the best experiences I had with a Hilton hotel. Everyone was so upbeat, friendly, professional, and accommodating. This was my first stay at a Waldorf hotel. I had high expectations and hoped I wouldn’t be disappointed s. Well, I’m so glad to say THIS location lived up to that hype and made the stay something I will remember! The hotel was super clean and modern. The front desk personnel provided excellent customer services, the doormen were accommodating and so helpful, the employees that worked in the spa and pool area were so friendly and approachable! The employees that work in the restaurants, thank you for making the food delicious and the cocktail drinks amazing!! Thank you so much for making my Las Vegas stay a wonderful experience. Hilton you should be very proud of your employees here! They deserve this recognition! I look forward to staying here again when I’m in Las Vegas Read less
