Water pressure was bad on the 22nd floor, water kept blowing out air. Shower looked clean but loads of peeling paint and discoloration. Room was nice and big, retro, because it’s old. Food options are horrible, they’ll blame Covid but everywhere else seems to be open. The clientele is pretty downscale even for Vegas and the whole place reeked of… Read more

Food options are horrible, they’ll blame Covid but everywhere else seems to be open. The clientele is pretty downscale even for Vegas and the whole place reeked of Marijuana. Staff also couldn’t answer basic questions about my room credit package that I booked. Don’t know if it’s “just Vegas” or what, but every night about 1am, there were so many sirens I thought a casino was burning down. It happened every night of our stay. Don’t know if there’s anything they can do for soundproofing, but know that you’ll hear lots of noise from outside. (We were on the top floor) Read less

Check in took much longer than expected. The room was fairy clean and roomy. The grid on the outside windows took away from any views. There was no fridge nor coffee maker in the room which was a great disappointment. The next morning the line for Starbucks was very long and the only other choice at the lower level generic restaurant offered coffee for $4. We expected to make use of the pool later in the day when a bit cooler but discovered the pool hours were 10 AM to 5 PM! Given the the resort fee of $41.95 over and above the room cost is an unrealistic expense. We will never stay here again. Read less

If you want a great hotel experience, stay at somewhere else if you want to enjoy a quality stay in Vegas. Felt disturbed throughout my whole stay at the hotel. Had party customers and found cigarettes outside of my room.

Great stay! Prompt service (kudos) very accommodating to each request made and within a timely manner. Only negative I have is slightly dated bath room as there’s no walk in shower (my preference) only bathtub shower combo. We will stay again based on service and location on the stripe
