Stay here for 4 nights as a IHG Spire Ambassador I was given an upgrade which was appreciated. The hotel is in a good area for you to visit the many tourist attractions in the Santa Monica and Hollywood areas, like anywhere in LA you will be either catching an Uber or driving to your destinations so this is still a good choice compared to the… Read more
Stay here for 4 nights as a IHG Spire Ambassador I was given an upgrade which was appreciated. The hotel is in a good area for you to visit the many tourist attractions in the Santa Monica and Hollywood areas, like anywhere in LA you will be either catching an Uber or driving to your destinations so this is still a good choice compared to the Hollywood hotels. Visited the restaurant and although it was very quite the food was excellent and service probably the best I experienced in LA, second only to the lounge which is just as good and had some great bar staff. I had several issues with Housekeeping, Turn down service not showing up, newspapers not showing up and other small issues that I am not going to mention as I am happy with the resolution provided by the hotel to rectify these issues. I later stayed at the Kimpton Everly and missed the Intercontinental straight away as despite my issues the hotel can't be beat on overall experience Read less

A very good hotel to stay in Los Angeles. Beautiful and clean rooms with great food also. Just the exterior of the hotel needs a bit renovation but other than that it is beautiful. Very close to Santa Monica also.

Amazing property and A+ customer service. Mabel is a superstar and makes every guest feel like they are the most important person to the property. Great rooms and amenities. I can't wait to go back again to this great hotel!

Air-conditioning in common areas freezing cold, inside rooms it is not central; it’s a disguised single ac per room with bad filters that spew micro dust like particles which causes breathing issues.
