The Intercontinental Hotel in Century City is simply beautiful. This is a luxury hotel and you'll be paying a luxury price for it, but it is worth it. They have valet parking for a fee and they also have Wi-Fi and everything else you might need. The Century City Mall is near by as is a lovely theater as well as nearby Beverly Hills and the Century City studios, which include Fox. Have a wonderful time in Century City. Read less

During the onset of the Coronavirus scare another hotel put me and my team out on the street. The IC not only took us in they showed the kind of hospitality that you would expect from the IC, despite the numerous challenges. Beautiful views of the city, as well. I will try and stay there EVERY time I’m in LA

Room was kept really clean and we received service twice a day asking if there was anything we wanted in the room. got upgraded to a terrace room which had a lovely terrace with two sunbeds, two chairs and a table. Unfortunately it was raining and cloudy when we were there so we could not really use it. From the terrace you could even see the Hollywood sign. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was great with both a shower and a bath. Because of the corona virus we could not have the buffee breakfast, instead they gave you a choice from the menu up to $40 which was amble, even too much for us. Reception/Consierge were very helpful. The wifi was fast. Could not fault anything. Read less

My daughter and I spent a lovely 7 days at the Intercontinental in Beverly Hills. The weather was rainy and the covid-19 outbreak heightened half way into our trip but we were very comfortable and well taken care of at the hotel. At check in we were upgraded to a suite without even asking. This was very much appreciated later when due to the weather and many business closures due to the coronavirus we spent much more time in our room (and ordered much more roomservice) than we had planned. But our trip was far from ruined as our room was very comfortable and the many meals we ordered were very good. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. From the front desk to the concierge to the valet to the room service waiters to housekeeping. They all made our unfortunately timed stay pleasant and enjoyable and comfortable. Read less

We had an opportunity to stay at the Intercontinental Century City during our visit to California in November 2019. This hotel hit several top points for us: Great service and staff Awesome location Wonderful rooms and views Quiet pool and spa area The hotel is located not far from Santa Monica and Beverly Hills and adjacent to the FOX Studios and Century City Plaza (a great outdoor - upscale mall). Lots of casual and upscale restaurants at the mall, such as Javier's (if you love Mexican). Beds and pillow were wonderful and rooms were very clean. We had a terrace room which provided additional space and wonderful views. Nice part of the hotel is that all rooms have a balcony - not common in hotels - a great feature when in Los Angeles. Valet and Concierge services were top notch. Check in was quick, professional and efficient. We definitely will be staying here again. We had such a great experience. Read less
