I've stayed at the Viceroy L'Hermitage on Burton Way twice. The first time was for the Emmys, and the second time for the Producer's Guild Awards. In both instances the hotel made me feel like a winner before I'd even hit the Red Carpet. Thank you for making me feel like a star!

From the moment you arrive, you know this place is special. The staff are extraordinary! From the valet to the front desk, everyone learns your name and greets you enthusiastically. It feels like you are coming home. The hotel is elegantly designed and the rooms are very spacious. Most importantly, the rooms were incredibly comfortable. I had a cold during my stay and I couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming room in which to convalesce. The front desk even gave me cold medicine when I ran out! The breakfasts at Avec Nous were delicious and generous. The housekeeping staff and room service was top notch. The gym had great equipment and lovely views. I could not offer a more enthusiastic recommendation for both business and recreational travelers. Read less

A huge shoutout to Christine at the concierge-thank you for going above and beyond what any concierge has ever helped me with in 6 star hotels around the world. Christine acts like a personal PA in her capacity and always does it with professionalism and love. Basically just stay here!! Read less

We were originally only going to stay at this hotel for one night, though they took such excellent care of us the first day that we extended our stay another day. We arrived early on the day of our checkin, and Samantha (at the front desk) was so warm and welcoming. She helped us to get situated in our room much earlier than we expected, which we were extremely grateful for. Our first room was a standard sized room on the 4th floor (room 411) facing the back of the building. The plus about this room was that there was no street noise and it was very spacious. It offered a separate soaking tub and shower, as well as a huge closet and a vanity area. There was a small sitting area too. Unfortunately, as we were going to bed that night, our toilet began making weird noises and we realized it was overflowing. Thankfully, within less than five minutes a bell person and an engineer showed up and they moved us to a much nicer suite facing the road in front of the hotel. Despite the crisis, it wound up being a seamless transition to our new room. The new room was a huge suite overlooking the street. The only downside to this room was that you did get a bit of street noise. Aside from that aspect, everything else was amazing. There was a dining room, living room, huge bedroom, enormous closet and a large bathroom as well. The room also featured a kitchen with a sink and microwave. There was a Nespresso machine in the kitchen as well as glassware for making cocktails. The bathroom had excellent amenities and the rooms had master controlled lighting. The customer service at this hotel was excellent! I would definitely stay here again. Read less

I always stay at the Viceroy L’Ermitage in Beverly Hills when I travel to LA for work because the rooms are huge and the service is exceptional. During my most recent stay, I was again reminded why I love staying here so much. Samantha at the front desk was EXCELLENT! Besides greeting me and my husband and daughter with a smile each day she saw us and always saying hello, she also helped me with an upgrade issue. I called and spoke with someone prior to my visit in order to take advantage of a special and upgrade to a suite for part of my stay, but after arriving at the Viceroy and asking about it, I realized that I never sent an email confirming the dates and my request. When Samantha checked and couldn't find a record of my request in the files, she said "Don't worry, I will take care of it." And she did! Even though the suites I initially requested were sold out, she honored the upgrade and gave us a different type of suite. She provided EXCEPTIONAL service and was friendly, warm and welcoming throughout. I also want to give a special shout out to Marc who has always welcomed me and given exceptional service for the last few years that I have been coming to the Viceroy. During this stay, he was especially helpful when I forgot my glasses one day. I was running late for a meeting and my car was waiting, when he saw me struggling to reach my husband to bring the glasses down, he offered to go back upstairs to grab them for me and brought them to me in the car. These are the small yet kind touches that keep me coming back to the Viceroy. It is a GREAT place to stay and I look forward to returning to the Viceroy soon! Read less
