We were looking forward to our stay at the Viceroy Beverly Hills. We had been on a 2 weeks up the coast trip and had a few days of posh luxury ahead of us. What we didn't know is how POSH the staff would make us feel. Heading into town we were in an extremely bad car wreck. Not our fault, no one critically hurt but our Suburban (rental) was busted up and the back would not open. We rolled up to the valet and they said- we are expecting you. We had called to let them know we were running late. They said, take what you need, we will gather the rest of your things (we had a LOT- 2 weeks remember). They literally crawled through the back and 2 men got all our stuff out and to our luxurious room. We were greeted with smile and sorries for the welcome to Beverly Hills. They got us checked in and when we got to the room they had milk and cookies for our kids and some chilled champagne and strawberries for us. We all relaxed and slept like babies in the perfect beds. The next morning when we woke and realized just how nice the room was we all swooned. The suite was so large and separate space to shower, get ready and store you bags. The 3 days we spent there might be some of the best 3 days of a vacation EVER!!!! Thanks to the staff at the Viceroy for going above and beyond. Read less

My stay at the Viceroy L'Ermitage Beverly Hills was nothing short of superb. The entire staff was pleasant and thoughtful, going above and beyond to continuously exceed my expectations. Delaney and Samantha were stellar ambassadors of guest service at the front of the house and remembered my name after our first encounters. Christine was happy to assist me with all of my concierge-related needs. The housekeeping team was also noteworthy, servicing the suite thoroughly, anticipating my needs, and using these details to thoughtfully stock the room with particular amenities. With elevated expectations after five years as a Front Office Manager for Hilton and a wide-ranging travel history, my experience at the Viceroy stands out as top-tier. I look forward to returning during my next Los Angeles visit. Read less

We had to come to LA as part of a language certification exam that was only offered there. After looking through the reviews, I selected the Viceroy and wasn’t disappointed at all. The hotel room was huge, well appointed, and luxurious. The team (from Samantha to Christine to countless others who I feel bad not remembering their names) went out of their way to make us feel safe and welcome. I do think the team is what makes this place even more amazing - they remembered every detail, helped us with a later check out, and knew what we needed before we asked. They were even kind enough to let me use their gym by appointment only (a true luxury these days). Although I hope not to return due to language exams again, when we do return to LA for other reasons, we will definitely stay at the Viceroy again! Read less
