The Viceroy L'Ermitage has some strange procedures. Every time you go to your vehicle in the parking garage you must stop into the lobby and ask someone to let you down the garage. When you return to the property you have to call and ask for them to open the gate to get in. During our stay it wasn't very busy and was still a huge inconvenience,… Read more

Extremely friendly and service-oriented staff - from the bellmen/valet guys, to the front desk, concierge, restaurant staff. Any wish of ours was greeted with a smile and a can do attitude. Location is also great, a short walk from Rodeo… Read more

Everything from the moment we walked into Viceroy was 5 stars. Service at the front desk was warm, helpful, accommodating, and welcoming at check in. Michael at the front desk did everything he could to make sure our stay truly a vacation. Our room was beautiful, a great view, very clean, and spacious. Room service was timely and the food was great. We also ate at the restaurant, and again, service and food were fantastic. The concierge was helpful for restaurant recommendations and places to go. He made reservations for us at the times requested and set up the house car to get us to and from all locations. The gentlemen at the front door went above and beyond. When we went to leave to the hotel it was the morning of the LA Marathon, the staff carried all of our luggage down the block to the closest place our driver could get to. We will for sure be back. Great hotel and the staff were v attentive. Rooms are massive, bed is comfy and the food is great. Staff all very professional and attentive. I’ve stayed in many hotels and this is one of the best and despite not being cheap it was great value. Best wishes to all the team.
