Came here for a Honeymoon stay post cruise. Near to Sunset Boulevard so good location. Hotel was nice, rooms a dunny shapi g being circle (not square!). Pool looked nice but we didn't get a chance to use it as we were at Disneyland every day (45 min drive FYI). Valet parking (only option) was 34 dollars a day.

Brian, the driver for the hotel, took us to the Getty Museum on Tuesday April 12, 2022. He was the BEST driver we’ve ever had! Both my sister and I are Flight Attendants accumulating nearly 35 years experience between us, so we’ve had our fair share of hotel drivers over the years! We were on a Father/Daughter trip down memory lane, as he was born in Los Angeles and wanted to share his old stomping grounds with us. Needless to say it was a FABULOUS trip; However, what made it OVER THE TOP was the staff and service at Hotel Angeleno! The restaurant overlook views are amazing, and the breakfast delicious! My father really wanted an Irish Coffee specialty drink With crème de menthe for a night cap, and the bartender was uncertain so he looked up the recipe. Much to my father’s surprise, it was the best he’s ever had! That was just an example of the service the staff went to. Yet, as I said, BRIAN, the hotel’s personal driver was OUT OF THIS WORLD funny! Oh my gosh, he had us In stitches to the point we didn’t want to get out of the vehicle at the Getty Museum! We’d have paid $$$$ money to hear him all day! Brian needs to be a stand up comedian, but for NOW, he is Hotel Angelenos best kept secret….and best employee!!!!! the cat’s out of the bag! Huge kudos to Brian for bringing laughter into our hearts! We will be back!!!! And we absolutely recommend this outstanding hotel! Jennifer from Tucson,Az Read less

Worst night in Los Angeles and in California (where we spent 2 weeks). Hotel is super noisy because it’s’ too close to the highway, it was almost impossible to sleep. don’t trust the pool picture, it’s very small. staff is not even nice. Also, only one elevator was working and it was suuuuper slow

I went to get a new key and the manager said I had booked for one night. I said no I had booked for the reunion which is two nights. I had called and booked 2 nights at the hotel, to go to our HS reunion. I had asked to be on the top floors. After the first night my key was not working. I went to get a new key and the manager said I had booked for one night. I said no I had booked for the reunion which is two nights. She said I would have to move to another room because there were no rooms and my room was for another guest. I told her to put the new guest in the room she wants to put me into. Anyway long story short she said she could keep me in the same room for an additional $150. Hmmm I thought she said the room was not available. The hotel is right on top of the 405 fwy so it’s very noisy. Also my sink would not drain. A Motel 6 would have been better. Read less
