Deluxe Rooms feature a sitting area and have 1 king-size bed or 2 queen beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 4 adults.

Executive rooms are situated on the higher floors of the hotel, and include access to the Executive Lounge; open for breakfast and hors d’ouevres. These rooms have 1 king-size bed o 2 queen beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 4 adults.

Stay Well rooms feature air purifiers, water filters and shower filters, and have 1 king-size bed or 2 queen beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 4 adults.

I stay here at least six times a year. Rooms and restaurant are adequate, no complaints for a short stay. WiFi service is very tricky. If you’re not a Marriott member, you will need to join before being given WiFi access in your room. I have a member number which kept getting rejected. I heard a guest at registration complain about the same issue. This shouldn’t be a problem in a hotel of this caliber. I don’t remember it being so difficult. I made reservation for two from 5/7 to 5/9 with my corporate rate and the reservation page shows the rate includes breakfast, WiFi and Airport Transportation. At check-in, the front desk told me for breakfast we have $25 credit each person per day at the Daily Grill. At check-in, the front desk told me for breakfast we have $25 credit each person per day at the Daily Grill. Well that's quite a nice surprise as I was only expecting continental breakfast. The 2nd day morning I went to front desk to to confirm the credit for breakfast, but a different staff told me that the credit is just $15 each person per day continental breakfast and only at the lobby cafe. On the day of checking out I saw the bill shows a $30 charge for the breakfast of the first morning. I called front desk and the staff said she confirmed my rate included breakfast but she needed to check with supervisor. I later received the call saying the rate only includes breakfast for one. I'm totally confused that the the rate's wording "includes breakfast, WiFi and Airport Transportation" could be interpreted that it's only for one person so went to front desk to clarify with the manager. But I was caught off guard that the manager insisted that his interpretation is correct and blamed me for not understanding the rate details when booking. I asked that his staffs had told me twice that the breakfast credit is for two guests even though different amount was given, but he insist it's my fault not understanding the rate and refused to correct the bill, and also said that more training will be provided to his staffs. I wonder if the front desk staffs are not properly trained and giving the wrong info to guests, shouldn't the manager be responsible? $30 cost to the breakfast is not much, it's just the manager's attitude that was outrageous. Bathroom had tepid water; they came to run it for 15 minutes and said that was as good as it got. Went to the hot spa. Again cold, and they knew that too but didn’t sat so. Have been ringing the front desk to ask about the shuttle for 8 minutes. No response. Not worth a penny.

First room I checked into had a nice view but had flies in it. I asked to be moved into a different room and that room was fine. The room didn’t have a do not disturb sign anywhere. The very next morning, cleaning service barged into my room unannounced and did not knock. I was in the bathroom when it happened and the person just left without apologizing. No one came by to clean my room for the rest of the day. After sleeping there for 2 nights, cleaning service still would not clean my room. I had to call down to the front desk 3 times before someone finally showed up to clean my room and leave fresh towels. Next day, cleaning service did not come back again. I literally watched them clean the room next to mine and skip over me. That night I had to get more towels from security. The whole time I was there, they cleaned my room once and I was there M-F. I saw them clean the other rooms everyday. Hotel smells like weed and cigarettes and it became obvious that guests do not respect their no smoking policy. Upon checkout, the hotel worker got snarky with me for asking for a printout of the final charges. I had been wrongfully charged for the internet so I had good reasons to ask for this. Beware that if you stay here or any hotel near the airport for that matter, they will charge you for parking and it isn’t cheap. Internet is extra unless you’re a member but even then, you’ll still get charged. I don’t think I will be coming back here again. Read less
