Le Parc Suite Hotel

West Hollywood, Los Angeles

The hotel

Even the most dedicated urban nomad sometimes needs a place to escape LA – and that’s where Le Parc Suite Hotel comes in. Squirreled away in a residential road in cool West Hollywood (WeHo to those in the know), this high-design hotel is the perfect sanctuary between sightseeing, shopping, and nights at nearby ‘name-dropping’ haunts like The Viper Room and the Roxy. Every room here’s a suite – and Le Parc suites are ones you’ll never want to leave thanks to the balcony, lounge, kitchenette, fireplace, and complimentary WiFi that comes as standard. (And, because you can order up farm-to-fork favourites from Knoll, the hotel’s upscale bistro, you don’t have to leave it.) If you do want a reminder of the city outside, you can always head up to the Skydeck, with its heated rooftop pool, cabanas, and metropolis-skimming views.

Very noisy. 3. when the guest next wall opens the shower it seems the pipes are going to explode. Among other issues, it was the worst experience aí ever had with my family. Nevertheless, it is a very expensive hotel. Even though the internet offers a room for aprox. USD 200, my rate was USD 490 (secured at their website) and the front desk said they could not do anything. BTW: the rate has nothing to do with my opinion of the hotel facilities. Read less

This was our first trip to LA, CA. Hotel was recommended and booked by a friend. The location was great. So many great places to hang out and/or eat within walking distance was a great advantage. However, the first thing I notice when we arrived was the smell in the hallway, just smelled old. Rooms are nice and big but not as bright as the pictures show. The staff was all very nice and accommodating. The food from the restaurant was great. But with the kitchen set up in the room it would have been nice to at least have some utensils available and maybe even a few paper plates for when we came back with leftovers. The floors are quite thin because I could always hear someone walking around above me in the wee hours. Some slow close hinges on the doors would help also because they all seem to shut hard and loud. Lastly, I was very curious as to why there is a little plastic sign on the counter about the establishment being completely smoke free, and WAY too often all you can smell is weed, weed, weed. So why the sign??? Read less

Pot aka Marijuana seeping thru every orifice of this hotel was DISGUSTING...hallways, elevators, stairwells, laundry room (what?!) It is an older hotel so it seeps in thru the bottom of the door (gaps) thru the AC etc. I was stayed for 6 nights. I was hacking and coughing (thank god, we were out most days)....I brought it to the attention of front desk...he was so disinterested and his nonchalance attitude was awful!!!!!! He said they would "investigate" LOL....terrible customer service skills (ROMAN)....the clientele is that of wannabe musicians; rappers; music people...never before has it been an issue. Perhaps because it is legal, whatever you do is your own business BUT the hotel is advertised as a smoke free environment. NOT TRUE....it is definitely NOT a family hotel, elderly or otherwise....if you partake in weed, this is THE PLACE FOR YOU!!! You can get a contact high walking to your room.....I will never stay here again. Total waste of your money....there are GREAT boutique hotels nearby. The night clerk, Dannilo was fantastic! He was helpful and actually seemed to want to help. The housekeepers and restaurant staff, very kind as well.... Read less

I was very impressed with the location and room. I wished I stayed longer. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again. The rooftop offers spectacular views of the hills.
