The hotel

Even the most dedicated urban nomad sometimes needs a place to escape LA – and that’s where Le Parc Suite Hotel comes in. Squirreled away in a residential road in cool West Hollywood (WeHo to those in the know), this high-design hotel is the perfect sanctuary between sightseeing, shopping, and nights at nearby ‘name-dropping’ haunts like The Viper Room and the Roxy. Every room here’s a suite – and Le Parc suites are ones you’ll never want to leave thanks to the balcony, lounge, kitchenette, fireplace, and complimentary WiFi that comes as standard. (And, because you can order up farm-to-fork favourites from Knoll, the hotel’s upscale bistro, you don’t have to leave it.) If you do want a reminder of the city outside, you can always head up to the Skydeck, with its heated rooftop pool, cabanas, and metropolis-skimming views.

When we arrive from dinner at 21.30pm, they have not our bed ready, they have just left some sheets and blankets for us to make the bed. we call again to the concierge, its 22.09, we have two kids of 4 and 9 years old that need to go to bed and the bed is not ready yet. This hotel is well located within fabulous West Hollywood. I absolutely love the property's spaces and style, and its staff. I need to call out Roman who checked me in. He was incredibly kind and made me feel welcomed. Thank you Le Parc, I will be back!

I stayed at Le Parc Suite Hotel for 5 nights, and had to ask to move to another room the second night. The walls and ceiling are very thin — I could hear the room above when they talked or walked around, and I could hear when the room next door would close their door (it was very loud, so much so that it would wake me up). I ended up walking to Target to get a white noise machine to help with all the sound but it wasn't enough. I was moved to a room on the top floor without issue, but still had trouble sleeping due to the very low quality of the bed and sheets. Beyond that, the room was large and pretty cute and the location was amazing. I hope they can fix the noise and bed quality, otherwise I would say that it definitely wasn't worth the $350/night price. I had a better stay at the Mondrian and Sofitel, which are nearby and are very comparable with price. Read less
