I was just here for the weekend the hotel was better than the photos! Breathtaking views and such a central location. The best part about my stay was the top notch customer service at the bar. I ordered a tea and she made sure to bring extra lemons & honey without me asking for it. I highly recommend this hotel :) Im already thinking about coming back Read less

The London WeHo is what Hollywood dreams are made of. The atmosphere is luxurious, the staff is accommodating and knowledgeable, and the food is top-notch. (I would highly recommend the huevos rancheros. Seriously....I ordered it the times in five days!). Robert, a server at Boxwood, was my favorite. He was friendly, suggested cool places to check out the next time we were in L.A., and made sure my coffee was always hot. My only "complaint" is that the weather want ideal for swimming in the rooftop pool. Ha! I still went up to the roof, though, and enjoyed the best mojito of my life. I honestly cannot wait to make another trip back out to The London. Read less

Every morning we are greeted by sweet, inside and out beautiful Deborah, who has been the hostess there for years. She gets to know the guests, their eating and seating preferences quickly. One day I make a suggestion and it’s done and duplicated every morning! Service is equally memorable from waiters Michel and Dylan who deal with my food craziness with speed, grace, and smiles. They too anticipate needs even before being asked. It’s a pleasure to eat breakfast and lunch here because of the welcoming atmosphere - rather like home for us. And the food? Very nice / waffles delicious and beautiful ( I know this sounds weird), salads likewise, lovely buffet. Suggestions? Hot fudge (not chocolate sauce) sundaes at dinner and in the evening! Try it - you’ll like it! Laurie from Chicago Read less

Staying at this hotel as I write this review. Got in and was checked into room 517. As soon as I entered the room, I noticed I could hear outside noise really well. I thought the balcony door was open. Upon closer examination, the door was closed but there was a major gap, where you could see the dust accumulation (not to mention one lonely fly caught inside there). I asked to change rooms and after some discussion, I was led to another room on another side of the hotel. The door and windows are better here. However, I still noticed there is a lot of moisture on the windows and the noise attenuation is definitely lacking. I think the windows and doors are due for a major overhaul. The rooms are quite clean but probably due for a facelift and update. Mind you, I was given the 5th floor but now I am on the 3rd floor. I am not sure if the noise attenuation is better on higher floors but the moisture on the windows definitely tells me the windows are due for a fix up. It depends on what you are looking for in a hotel, but the hardware is dated for sure. Service is good. Read less
