The London is not only my favorite hotel in LA — — it is one of my favorite hotels of the many I have visited in my global travels. The style, the service and the staff are exceptional! I always leave looking forward to my next visit.

Fabulous time for all. Enjoyed Wayne during breakfast. He absolutely anticipated our needs. Todd, bellman, was extremely helpful. Concierge, a gentleman whose name I can’t remember was quite helpful with reservations and different ideas regarding shopping and lots of things to do. Public bathrooms were always clean. We will come back again!

I just spent 3 nights at The London and everyone there made this ordinary woman, feel like a Princess. The room is sexy and amazing. The bathroom is like a mini, private spa. The included breakfast is wonderful. The staff treated me like a rockstar. I can't wait to go back! Thanks London peeps!

Food and bar are great and the breakfast first rate. The staff were helpful. There is a great gift shop onsite which has lots of really interesting things. And a hair salon too. My only criticism is that housekeeping is a bit haphazard on timing. One day they didn’t come until about 4.30 just when I got back from walking around all day. The next day they came around 9 which is a bit early😄 Read less
