Could not have picked a better, beautiful, scenic location to spend lots of time relaxing, or hiking around the groups, or a central send-off spot to go to the bike park, lakes, breweries/restaurants, and hiking. The hotel manager, Jim handled a special request to perfection. Summers, without ski boots, replaced with mountain bikes have now surpassed winters as our favorite time in Mammoth. Read less

Everyone was Knowledgeable About planning activities esp Olmo was Wonderful. Thank you For clean spacious rooms and a memorable trip. It was great to get the group in hiking activities away from electronics and connecting to nature.

The trip was great, the location was great. I asked about a late check out since the kids were not ready to leave. They were having such a good time at the pool, Jim at the front desk told me we could take an extra hour for the kids to play at no charge. That was really nice of him, if it was not for the COVID 19 they would of given him a big hug… Read more

Beautiful hotel pushed up against the mountain but staff was TERRIBLE! The assistant guest services manager checked us in. We arrived at 1pm and knew check in time wasn’t until 4pm but since we just finished a 6hr drive, we thought we’d see if we got lucky. The manger didn’t greet us, he just said, “how can I help you,” we told him we were here to check the status of our room and he responded by saying, “you folks are EXTREMELY early.” When we came back a couple hours later, we got him again and he gave us our room keys, and said, “there’s no AC/Heat in your room, but your only here for one night so you should be fine.” We didn’t even ask about AC/Heat and the way he talked about it assuming we’d be okay with it was completely disrespectful and uncalled for. Later that night, our cousins who were in another building who were trying to get to our building through the pool area were greeted by a janitor who said “you guys need to have masks on, this isn’t Southern California.” Are you being serious? This is how you talk to your guests? The next morning we tried to get to my cousins building through the pool area and the same manager literally yelled as we were trying to open the door “THE POOL DOESN’T OPEN UNIL 10,” as he was on the phone with another guest! Very unprofessional! My mom asked him 3 times ... how do we get to the other building and he literally ignored us EVERY TIME and didn’t open the pool door. The guy he was training finally buzzed the door open for us. I felt bad he was being trained by that manager. I work in the Hotel industry and would never call out people like this, but it was so overly deserved! I would love to give this place a second chance but GOD did we feel disrespected left and right.
