I can't say enough positive about the hotel and the staff. I just love the place. They are also so good to my two dogs. I look forward to arriving every time I stay here. It's beautiful and staff feels like family!

Checked in after a LONG FULL day of travel. Ordered room service from the on site restaurant Bacchus, went with something simple...the Vineyard Salad and a bowl of soup. Service was quick, HOWEVER I had no spoon to eat my soup and my salad was missing the bacon AND the blue cheese so was basically just lettuce some grapes and what tastes like burnt walnuts. I called the restaurant not really to complain but to point out the missing items (I’m a travel agent and feel that everyone deserves a chance to make mistakes right) i told the guy who answered the phone what happened and he apologized for the lack of a spoon and offered to bring me one, but said they had no blue cheese and basically blew me off about there also being no bacon. He offered me a glass of wine or desert which I declined but never offered a refund on this ridiculous order. All I wanted was dinner and to get some sleep, now I’m irritated and still hungry. Guess we will see how the rest of this stay goes. Read less

The room was hideous with outdated furniture and filthy carpets. The room was cold and wouldn't heat above 65 degrees which was fine for sleeping but cold in the morning. The neighbor above me woke me up at 5:30 a.m. making a lot of noise so the insulation is poor. I called the front desk and no one picked up. I originally was going to stay until noon but they don't even have an espresso machine and couldn't get out of there fast enough at 8 a.m. Read less

This hotel is close to the wine country, but comfortably removed from its periodic bustle and occasional pretentiousness. It is a perfect place to relax after rushing between wineries. You can expect a quiet, restful sleep.

I first stayed at the Double Tree a year ago because I use the Airport Express Shuttle Service when I fly to Rohnert Park. Now I stay at the Double Tree for the convenience of the shuttle service location AND because I feel pampered at the Double Tree and the staff is hugely responsible for that. The rooms are spacious.
