As expected, the hotel was very nice and luxurious (least you expect given the price) we did not eat in the hotel or use the pool as only two night stay so can’t comment. Room clean and beds a great size with view of the strip or the golf course! Lobby can get busy but again as expected. Valet parking was good albeit $35 per night. Recommend this… Read more

I recently stayed at the Tower Suites at the Wynn in a king suite. The room was gorgeous with chic interior design and an amazing view. I liked the separate check in and elevators for the Tower Suites. The turn down service was a nice added touch. I ate at Tableau and Lakeside, both were delicious. Looking forward to trying a corner suite next… Read more

I'm almost always at the Venetian or Caesars, so I arrived at Wynn this time with the excitement of seeing something new. I left with mixed emotions. TLDR; great rooms, bad service. We arrived a little early, around 10am, and the check in line was very long, maybe 20 mins, while staff moved at a glacial pace. The room was not ready, so we secured a pool pass and trekked to the pool, but we were not allowed in with our small carry on bags. OK, back to the front to leave bags at the desk. We've now been there nearly an hour and need some breakfast. We walk to two restaurants that were recommended by front desk, but both have wait times over one hour. By this stage, we give up on the Wynn and walk up the strip for breakfast and an escape, before our experience has even begun! We return and want to access our bags. Turns out, once you check your bags with the front, you can't access them until you have your room, so make sure you have everything you need for the day! We go back to the pool, Friday 1pm... we walk around it twice, not a single lounger is available. Not one. This hotel is conspiring against us. We get the email that the room is available. We go back to the front desk to collect the key. The line is very long, again, but we were told we could collect keys from the right side counter and avoid waiting for a second time. When I approach the desk, the guy behind it snaps at me about going back and waiting. We finally get the keys and he offers to send the bags up for us. We get to the room. It's spectacular. So lovely, tasteful, amazing view, and the Amazon Echo was a nice touch. After 20 mins, I call the bell desk to check on our bags, because we can't do anything until we have them. The lady who answers tells me off for requesting them a second time, "you knew they were already coming, I heard you speaking with the front desk". WOW. Gobsmacked. I'm not sure if I will return. I think the property is probably one of the best on the strip, but some serious operational and personnel issues need to be addressed to make this a pleasant stay. Read less

Nice hotel, service lacking in some areas. We stayed through AMEX FHR. We did receive an upgrade based on view but none available for purchase unless we wanted to move to Encore. We opted to stay at Wynn because we had been at Encore before. Room was nice and clean. Anything we called for however, was met with a ridiculously long wait. Front desk, room service, housekeeping - all astronomical wait times. We were super disappointed one evening we were told 50 minutes for room service and it was nearly 2 hours. By that time the food wasn’t as hot and we had started to fall asleep while we waited. We were unable to get into any restaurant for breakfast without existing reservations which was disappointing, so we stuck with room service. We spent time at the spa and pool, both lovely. We also were able to get into Delilah’s, which I’ll write up a separate review for. At check out our bill was incorrect and missing all of our FHR credits, but the front desk (once they answered) fixed that quickly. Overall I like the Wynn - drink service on the casino was much better than visits in the past- but they need to up the service game a bit if they want to compete with the Four Seasons, where we stayed last month and were treated like royalty.
