The final price was $450 for one night. Nothing included but the park. The water was so toxic and full of chemicals. It burned my eyes and set of a sinus headache. I couldn’t breathe in the water park and left after an hour. For the price there isn’t much to do here. Save your money and go elsewhere. The building was run down with pain coming of… Read more

I couldn’t breathe in the water park and left after an hour. For the price there isn’t much to do here. Save your money and go elsewhere. The building was run down with pain coming of the walls, black mold in the walls, trash in corners in hallway. This will be last and only time I ever visit this place and I do not recommend it. The whole family enjoyed the stay. Kids will love the two indoor pool areas, one outdoor pool and arcade. Lazy river was fun for the adults and the gazebo cafe has alcoholic drinks. Also there are activities daily and a movie every night by the pool. Fun place, clean and a couple restaurants on site.

Has gone way downhill and not one safety precaution being used. Housekeeping will not service your room because of covid but yet they let people who aren't paying guests, from the street, come and use the pool and water park when it's already majorly over capacity. Has gone way downhill and not one safety precaution being used. Housekeeping will not service your room because of covid but yet they let people who aren't paying guests, from the street, come and use the pool and water park when it's already majorly over capacity. Either you care about covid or you don't, you can't pick and choose when it's convenient for you. Rooms are damp and filthy, flood in our hallway, brown water in the tub, hair all over our room, wet bedsheets, disgusting. Nobody sanitizing game room or anything we saw. I'd rather stay at the ocean mist for the price, or any hotels over that way. For hyannis you're better off staying at travel inn that's less than half the price and 100 times cleaner with way better service. We won't be back. Our child waited an hour in the restaurant for a pizza, said they lost the slip and the manager would be over but never came. They also charge your card $50 a day, yes charge, not hold like every other hotel on the planet for in case you want "room service or something" even though there's no room service and you get to wait 10 days to get a refund! Hope they can make enough money renting out the facilities to random people because guests will stop coming for sure with that policy alone! No chairs, no tubes, no space in the pool and not because of guests, how absurd! Read less

Looks better on the Internet, place is outdated, wallpaper coming off the walls. Room had a bad smell of mildew inside but housekeeping let us borrow a can of Lysol to help cover it up. Lots of kids running around in the hallways but nobody cleaning up after them. No microwave oven in the room, no coffee or snacks on site.
