I was really looking forward to our stay and the pictures and advertisements shown made it seem like such a big beautiful clean place. It is definitely geared more for little kids.... definitely not older kids/teens. The water park is more like 2 slides and a small area of water. Not very clean at all. It is definitely geared more for little kids.... definitely not older kids/teens. The water park is more like 2 slides and a small area of water. Not very clean at all. The outdoor pool was supposed to be heated so we tried that instead and not only was it dirty but freezing. The room wasn’t bad... but for a “resort” I expected that I wouldn’t need to bring all the toiletries and they only had a small shampoo and conditioner and a bar or soap. The shower took two people before it actually got hot.. so about 15-20minutes. Also the coffee maker was gross inside. I have attached a picture. Read less

I cannot even explain how terribly crowded it was! Like someone else said it’s a breeding ground for Covid!! Big crowds, no room for social distance and no one wearing masks! No rules, limits- at least the whole time we were there. Adults and teenagers were playing bumper boats in the lazy river, absolutely no supervision/ lifeguard in the toddler section. The wave pool was thick with bodies crashing into each other, I couldn’t have left that overcrowded steamy room fast enough. The hotel itself was nice, our loft room was clean and very spacious for a family of five. It included a jacuzzi which the kids enjoyed. It’s obviously taking a risk staying at any hotel right now but you shouldn’t feel unsafe. There should definitely be limits and regulations. From my prospective, it was just a free for all . Do not go !! Absolutely NO regard for the # of people or ANY social distancing while in pool or water park area, nor kid water area... no limits on anything anywhere! Used mask floating in pool, dirty napkin on deck, there 2 days in row, no cleaning area around pools. SUPER crowded at all hours of afternoon and night- loud hallways at night that… Read more

Not worth any amount of $$.... waaay overpriced for what you actually get to enjoy - more stressful than relaxing . Will never stay again Read less

Poor wifi service. Bugs in our room, no tissues. Requested cot at time of reservation, but was not in room at time of checkin. Had to call for pillows because when they did bring the cot finally they didn’t bring an extra pillow for it. Lifted ceiling tile in bathroom with bluish staining on floor under sink. Red stain on carpet. Fresh water stains on ceiling in bathroom right above our toilet, who knows if it was the persons toilet in the room above ours. We stayed two nights, after our first night we never received maid service, which we discovered at 9pm after we’d been gone all day and now had to fix our own beds and call down for extra TP and towels. They provide you with $10 off meal coupons for the Hearth and Kettle restaurant on property, which wasn’t open, and the “outdoor dining” was a small back seating area, very poorly kept. We “waited to be seated” for about 20 mins and then left after not seeing any wait staff. The bathroom door is extremely hard to close and gets stuck when u try to open it. Everytime you do open the bathroom door, paint chips fall on the floor. Fan in the bathroom doesn’t work. Not sure how this is considered a “resort” but we definitely will not be going back. Next time we’ll choose a Holiday Inn. Read less

I booked this hotel despite some of the terrible reviews. We had been staying up the road and decided to spend an extra night. Since our hotel was sold out, set out to find something just for one night. Unfortunately, it was the Friday of Labor Day Weekend so space was limited. I figured my kids would at least enjoy the water park.. so I bit the bullet and booked the room. Upon arrival, the grounds did look nice - but loads of people in line to lobby only a few with masks- none socially distanced. The entry also looked dirty but we decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and I continued to park in the lot - which was packed.. next to a car who’s driver was leaned out his door-just finished vomiting. That’s all it took. We drove right back out and stayed elsewhere. I DO realize what people do in the parking lot is not reflective of the staff or conditions of the hotel, however.. that coupled with the big crowded lobby and the reviews that say hotel is very lax with cleaning /taking Covid precautions just gave us a bad impression.
