Booked the room for a quick weekend with a indoor pool to break up the winter. However, was informed at check in that the indoor pool is seasonal- is not open. To be fair, in the find print of the website it does say that the indoor pool is seasonal. Be warned-don’t disappoint the kids!!

Traveling as a couple we wanted a updated hotel in Hyannis to be near all the attractions. This is a nice location opposite the harbor. It is modern and clean. We had a 4th floor room in the main building. Nice touches include a secure parking lot, lovely decor, modern bath and fixtures, lighted mirror, microwave and refrigerator in the room. … Read more

Last week we stayed at the Hyannis Harbor Hotel again. The quality of the room and the amenities were first class. A few months ago, we stayed at a Marriot Courtyard in New York City. The New York room was over three times the cost per night of the Hyannis Harbor Hotel room. The quality of the Hyannis Harbor room was far superior. The staff… Read more

Recently a friend and I made a day trip to the island of Nantucket, Mass. and not wanting to drive back home to R.I. in the dark, we booked a night’s stay at the Hyannis Harbor Hotel conveniently located across from the HyLine ferry dock. It turned out to be a great decision. The hotel’s parking area is made safe by accessing with our hotel pass key and we were also able to park fairly close to our room. Both the bedroom and bathroom were clean, spacious and well lit. A fridge, coffeemaker, safe and iron were provided. Our biggest surprise were the hotel’s plush, cozy bathrobes awaiting us. The lobby with its fireplace and comfortable seating was perfect for relaxing and looking out to the harbor. Shanice, the concierge, was professional, polite and very helpful. Being women “of a certain age”, we don’t have fancy gadgets or apps so we asked Shanice if she would print out the directions for our drive home in the morning. She very kindly had the directions ready for us when we returned from dinner. I would not hesitate to recommend the Hyannis Harbor Hotel and would definitely book with them again. Read less
