I hate paying for parking at hotels and feel like it should just be added to the room price but at least they don’t charge the taxes and fees. Honestly, the location is so great that you don’t have to pay for parking anywhere because you really can walk to everything. Veterans beach, the Korean War Memorial and The JFK memorial are all about a half mile down the road. You are about a mile and half from the Kennedy compound. It’s neat to go and say you’ve been there. The pool was great and the pool staff was always so helpful and cleaned up towels immediately after they noticed people left. (Not many people clean up after themselves these days). We used the indoor pool on the one rainy day we had. The bridgewater cafe has great friendly bartenders and the one time we ordered food, it was delicious. There are plenty of outdoor seating areas with fire pits, umbrellas, hammocks and chairs. We had a great visit and would definitely stay again if we come back. Read less

It was our first time to the Cape and we were blown away by the entire area. The room and service were excellent. And the location was perfect. We cannot wait for our return so we can do it all over again.

This could be so much more of a great hotel, but it wasn't. The bed was "well slept in" to the point that I rolled into the middle at night. The staff was exceptionally polite without any sense of urgency. The facility is immaculately well kept.

That being said, the hotel should consider including this fee in their costs ... would create less issues for clients and negative feedback for the hotel. Nobody wants the feel like their paying “extra” de anything... then the hotel could say parking is “free” ... just marketing strategy tip that’s all:) We stayed in room 107. Great room, plenty of space, recently renovated with AC. Grounds are very well kept, supervised outdoor pool, adjacent bar, ample outdoor seating and open air fire pit. The grounds really had a “resort” feel to it. We originally booked the hotel due to its close proximity to the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. But after speaking with locals decided to board another ferry 45 mins away in Woods Hole, Falmouth. It costs 60 USD to board in Hyannis but only 22 USD in Falmouth... this was a huge savings for a family of 4 from Canada!!! This hotel does have a restaurant on site but breakfast is not included in your lodging. Will return again! Read less
