We booked this a month ago for our stay July 4 our reservations got changed prior to ya arriving . Our 3 rooms were scattered not where we Originally booked ! Check in was the most UNPLEASANT check in ever ! Nothing went smooth . From parking to rooms not ready to when they did become ready having to go up and down over twenty times to the front desk ! One time entailed me bringing a dirty hair turned and towels that were left on our bed down . The bed that was allready made and me e were to sleep in . Someone’s personal product was left on the bathroom floor . Amidst covid ... you would think that this would not happen. I asked to speak to a manager over two dozen times no one would talk to me ! There were other unhappy people in the lobby as well ! We were told the manager was cleaning rooms ... that’s not an answer unhappy Guests want to hear . So how clean were the rest of the rooms if you don’t have enough cleaners. I asked them politely what they would do for us .. we spent 1800 on three rooms plus parking got absolutely nothing but dirty rooms and unpleasant service ! It’s sad because we really have had a decent time at this hotel in the past ! We’re so sad because I feel like a new manager or new owners something happened to make this hotel service go downhill . We stayed at the Hyannis harbor several years ago on a trip and decided to return this summer as our out of state travel plans were cancelled due to covid. We stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful time! We had a room in the new building which was beautiful although didn’t have much of a view. No problem since we didn’t spend much time in the room! We were able to walk to just about everything we walked to do- restaurants, shopping etc. the beach is about a 5 minute drive. You definitely could walk but we drove since we had chairs etc. the pool at the Hyannis harbor is beautiful and was probably our favorite part of the trip. We spent several afternoons lounging by the pool and enjoying drinks from the poolside bar. All the staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. No daily room cleaning due to covid but that was to be expected. The parking lot requires a key card to come in and out which was slightly frustrating once we had checked out since we got “trapped” in the parking lot and couldn’t get out. Overall highly recommend! The Hotel had just opened due to Covid and everyone did a really great job with limited resources. This is a very pretty hotel in a great location. The management really went all out to accommodate us with a few special requests. I highly recommend these folks!!

Our room looked out into dumpsters, old propane takes and broken heaters. This was not all what was advertised. $20 for parking for one night is crazy. I called and asked the front desk to move rooms right after check in and was told all rooms a taken and cannot move. I was told a manager would call me because I was very unhappy with the room.… Read more

Booked the room for a quick weekend with a indoor pool to break up the winter. However, was informed at check in that the indoor pool is seasonal- is not open. To be fair, in the find print of the website it does say that the indoor pool is seasonal. Be warned-don’t disappoint the kids!!
