I stayed here with my kids for a few days during February Vacation. My kids took part in the Scheduled activities and were able to hang out by the pool. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff couldn’t be more friendly.Sarah, Bob, Candy, we’re all very helpful during our stay. We will definitely be back.

The rooms are nothing fancy, and the decor and appliances are a little dated, however, it was clean and roomy. To access the indoor pool, we had to drive to the mansion. The pool is ok... clean but nothing fancy. The team dinner at the carriage house was horrible -- everything tasted like previously-frozen and nothing was healthy...(will never eat… Read more

I think the staff at the front desk at the Mansion could be a little friendlier. Read less

Arrived to find chunks of Sheetrock on the floor, no evidence of recent repairs. Had to wait 1 1/2 hours for clean up. We were traveling with our dog, and paid $45 a night extra.. There was no promised dog bed, bowls, treats, required dog sign, or anything else. The next morning they delivered two cat bowls for us to feed our golden retriever from. The room was not the cleanest, quite a bit of dust on things. Bed was hard as a rock, very little sleep, and the pillows that collapsed as soon as you put your head down kept falling down in the gap between where the headboard and mismatched mattress didn't meet. Kitchen was nice, but dishwasher had no utensil basket. And then, once it began to rain, ants everywhere! Parking lot flooded, 4" deep pond surrounding several cars. This wasn't worth the $140 a night, off season group rate, never mind 300-400 if it were in season Read less

Stayed at the Ocean Edge Villages (Arbor village) with a boys hockey team in November. The villa is nice, only one bed and a pull out coach. The villa is a 2 mile ride from route 6A entrance. The room is clean, would have like to have a community room so the team could get together for dinner. Overall nice room at a fair price.

We booked, through Trailfinders, 3 nights at the Ocean Edge Resort. We knew sea view rooms were not available but was told a garden view villa was. We were shown a photo of the hotel and , assumed, we would be in close proximity to the main building. When we arrived we were told we were staying in the “village”. This was a drive away from the main building and inland. This was the first we had heard of the village. We drove there and it became apparent that the “one bedroomed villa” was a flat in a block of six. Entering the main door we were overwhelmed by the awful smell. The carpet, walls and paintwork wee very dirty. Entering the “villa” things proved to be dreadful too. The furniture was old, tatty and dirty. The carpet was stained and smelt awful. The bed felt lumpy and a previous guest had left dirty washing near the chest of drawers. We did not want to stay here so we went back to the reception. The receptionist didn’t seem bothered about our concerns and refused to refund our money. There wasn’t a duty manager to talk to. I contacted Trailfinders immediately but there was no reply to their 24hour/7 day a week helpline! I did send an email at that time. I’ve since spoken to Trailfinders and just received an email saying the resort will not refund our money. We are massively disappointed with Ocean Edge Resort. Jury still out on Trailfinders.
