The hotel was ok. It was quiet about a mile and half from Provincetown shopping. Bed was comfortable with comfy pillows. Would I stay again yes. No restaurant on property like it said. It is closed. The front desk people ok but not really helpful with places to dine at other than in town. We ventured out about 12-20 miles and found some nice… Read more

There is also no front desk clerks between 10pm & 8,9am. Read less

The good: If you’re in a second floor room facing the bay, you stand a chance at a good night’s sleep. And the view of the bay is lovely (better if standing as the railing is a bit of a sight line barrier). The beds are on platforms so they’re comfortable. Beautiful pool area (& the water is bathtub warm! Perfect for a fall swim), nicely… Read more

And the view of the bay is lovely (better if standing as the railing is a bit of a sight line barrier). The beds are on platforms so they’re comfortable. Beautiful pool area (& the water is bathtub warm! Perfect for a fall swim), nicely landscaped with lots of places to gather around fire pits with friends. Dog friendly areas for play and business, disposal bags and container. Not so good: That pool area is party central: loud, no masks, no social distancing. If that’s your scene, stay in a room surrounding the central courtyard and enjoy yourself trying to avoid COVID-19. The rooms are mid-century vibe as advertised but clearly worn and in need of refreshing along with maintenance. In our room the heating/cooling system had a terrible odor when turned on, and was missing a cover to the control panel. The check-in process didn’t include any paperwork or information about the place, such as smoking areas, pool hours or amenities (like the bikes, scooters and shuttles). The property has a shabby demeanor and doesn’t quite deliver the promises of the website. Priced too high for what is essentially a tired motel in a good location. Read less

This place was terrible. Coffee pot in room didn’t work. Coffee avail in lobby only at 830 am from a surly service person. Slider door was inoperable. Had first floor room and had to listen groups of loud drunk people sitting outside our room in the parking lot over the course of three days ( even though there was a big fire pit pool… Read more

The rooms were not “upgraded”. As everyone says in every review you’ll read🤥 The photos are deceiving. It is definitely a motel, NOT a hotel. We had a hole in our bathroom ceiling stuffed with a piece of toilet paper. Ew! The floor in the room is concrete. Bring your slippers!! The shower amenities in the shower were empty. This is a tired motel. Rooms are in poor condition With chunks out of the walls, almost everything in the room seemed to be rusted, someone’s hair and yellow stains all over the toilet. We asked to see the manager but apparently she wasn’t on duty so we were given her email address. We emailed but of course she didn’t bother even replying.
