Poor customer service - ended up with no pack and play for baby even after spending 30 minutes to confirm they'd provide one the day before. A family member called to send wine/chocolate to the room and was charged an incorrect and much higher price and when she called to rectify the service was very poor and is still ongoing.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Mystic Hilton. My only disappointment was with the charges at Irons Grill. I took a few minutes to review the bar charges and was disappointed to see an additonal charge of $8.00 dollars for Martinis. I was charged $10.00 per drink, which is not unusal, but with the additonal charge, I ended up being charged… Read more
Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Mystic Hilton. My only disappointment was with the charges at Irons Grill. I took a few minutes to review the bar charges and was disappointed to see an additonal charge of $8.00 dollars for Martinis. I was charged $10.00 per drink, which is not unusal, but with the additonal charge, I ended up being charged $14.00 for the two drinks, which were 6 oz. glasses that were not even full to the top. I go to many high end restaurents and I have never been charged an additional amount for a Martini. This is price gouging at its best and if I return to the Mystic Hilton again, I certainly will not eat or drink at Irons again. There are plenty of locations that do not overcharge patrons to increase profits. Read less

Great location, lovely staff and an overall great trip with my boyfriend. The bed was super comfy and the room was spacious. We got in room breakfast and the delivery was very quick! Gave us just enough time to enjoy our food and check out. Loved the lobby as well! Thank you Hilton for the great hospitality!

We went to Mystic for the Turner art show at the Mystic Seaport. We zeroed in on the Hilton because the rate was super cheap. We assume that was because it was in January. We like the Hilton reputation. The room was larger than we are used to. The amenities in the room were refrig/micro/safe/TV./coffee. Mystic is on the small side so you are… Read more

We like the Hilton reputation. The room was larger than we are used to. The amenities in the room were refrig/micro/safe/TV./coffee. Mystic is on the small side so you are never really far from anything but saying that, the hotel was smack in the middle of where you want to be. The aquarium and Mystic Village are right across the street. We loved the modern decor. It was all deep browns and blacks. That carries into the restaurant - The Irons. We had a nice meal there with a live band to boot. All in all a very pleasant and restful mid winter stay at a fabulous price. Read less

My wife and I spent one night here. The room was a good size, but the bathroom was small. The bed was excessively firm and the pillows were either very firm or very soft. The buffet breakfast was uninspired.
