After one good and one not so good stay Nicole made it right and went above and beyond for me. Because of her I will return. Suggest staying in a jacuzzi room with balcony and avoid rooms near stairs and communal doors for quieter time.

Drive up to the room door. Casement windows open (which I loved). No walking access to town entertainments but only a few minutes in a car. On site restaurant that looked nice and had a patio but I didn’t see heaters. No water view from room or lobby. Bit of one from restaurant patio. Rooms were very clean, as was lobby. Coffee in lobby 24/7.… Read more

This hotel was running a special that we decided to take advantage of. One night, room with a fireplace, whirlpool tub, balcony, chocolate covered strawberries, champagne and dinner for two. The strawberries were good, the champagne was Prosecco, but it was good. There was a fireplace in the wall and a freestanding one. The fireplace was no longer useable, so they had the freestanding one. The balcony view was nice. The chairs were just ok but lacking a little table to puta drink on. The floors were bare wood, no carpet. A little chilly. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were pretty awful. And what was that on the bathroom ceiling? Mold? I don’t know, but it looked very unattractive. Overall it was ok, not great. Not sure I would stay again. It seems what they advertised vs my expectations did not match up. Read less

I recently stayed at the Inn at Mystic for one night. The location is unbeatable. Super close to the water and downtown Mystic, and also nearby wineries and sights to see. The property of the Inn is beautiful, and they also have a great restaurant on sight. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but are due for a needed overhaul/renovation. I… Read more

I stayed with my partner in a king suite with jet tub and fireplace and a balcony with a bay view. We really enjoyed the suite overall. Everything in our room had been renovated except for the bathroom. The only complaint my partner had was the shower itself was scummy and could have been cleaned more. I think if they finished renovating the bathroom and cleaning it up more it would have been a 5 star experience. With that said, the value for the price was unbeatable. We paid $160 or so for this room for one night while most other romantic inns were starting at $180+ for an equivalent room. I liked the location since it was a short drive from time and not stuck in the congested downtown area. Parking was free and the jet tub experience was amazing. There was a free grab and go breakfast, but we declined this offer. I definitely recommend this place and would return. Read less
